Ms. Camilla Choe has been working as a permanent(semi-permanent) makeup artist for sixteen years. The complimentary touch-up period is between the first and second month after the initial procedure(s). Apply ointment (Neosporin, etc.) ONLY on the day of the procedure(s) and then DO NOT apply thereafter. For one week, do not submerge in a pool (chlorine can bleach out the pigment), in the ocean, sauna or hot tub.

Forever is the best! She is professional, sincere and does a fantastic job. I am highly pleased with how my eyeliner and lips came out.

I had my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done at Forever. She is extremely detailed, precise and took her time to make sure I looked perfect.

If you wanted to get your eyebrows done, you need get it done in a right place with a real professional and the Forever Makeup is the place. I did my eyebrows at this place several years ago and I was very pleased. However after some years passed I did it again at other place just because it was a little bit cheaper but I regretted so much afterwards. Those places in beauty shops, I’m not even sure if they have a profession license and a business license plus health inspection certificate. If not there’s a high chance those people are just doing the jobs after got some trainings and your eyebrows

Camilla is so nice and is an expert! I love my eyebrows. I loved that she hand drew in my eyebrows vs using an eyebrow stencil because my face isn't symmetrical (no one is) and eyebrows should look like sisters and not twins. She listened to what I wanted and my eyebrows came out exactly how i wanted them. Highly recommended!!!

I have been her client more than 10 years. Even though I moved to San Jose, I always come back to her every 2 years just for permanent makeup touch up. It’s worth it.
She is very professional and does her best to her customers. I don’t have to tell her what I want because she has a plan as soon as she sees me.

I wanted to have a haircut and decided to search a salon near me then i saw atelier by tiffany and checked their reviews. And decided to try their service .
