All of the ladies Emilie, Crystal, and Tiffany go out of thier way to schdule staff and even recruit the perfect craegiver for your loved one. The main lady Tina that helps me is like a family memeber. Please do yourself and loved one a favor and ask this company to help. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INCOMPETENT PLACE AT ALL!! My father desperately needed home care especially these next few weeks since my mother had surgery! Emily the owner came over, we signed an agreement for daily care & the first day they sent an UNEXPERIENCED person! They pulled up with loud rap music blaring from the car & the guy came in wreaking of smoke! Then he REFUSED to get my dad water, coffee or do any light meal prep for a man who cannot walk!!! The guy was RUDE, had argued with me about not providing ANY SERVICE that my 84 yr old father didn't ask for himself, told me he could

My family has worked with A&E for many many years. They have always done a very caring and professional job looking after my mom who has been living with MS for 20+ years. It’s hard to find good people in any business let alone in such an intimately personal line of work, and although there have been missteps over the years, A&E always does their best to provide the best caregivers, take ownership if there is an issue, and reassure me they have addressed it. The administrators and owners communicate with me all the time. Very thankful to have them on our team taking care of mom!

Staff is unproffestional in office and an in home.I was told staff dosnt deal with family drama!were dealing with a patient with dementia an aid takes put to bank where she withdrawals money.i myself worked in homecare for over 30yrs an when PTS would pull money out we would always let the family member know.elderly should not have cash laying around.and if it is any of their business the reason things are the way they are 1 year ago pt wrote 2500 in bounce checks!but when I call the office the woman tells me its family drama an aid can take her where ever she wants to take her!

The response to my comment is point in fact of the stated "pass the blame mentality". Your thinly veiled attempt at professionalism is completely exposed by your personal attack of me. My mother is 70. She is Spanish. She is dying. If she is more comfortable with a Spanish lady helping her, that is what I will request. I apologize that asking for someone my mother is comfortable with is a concept that is confusing to you, but let me be very clear, neither my mother nor I are racist and it is laughable, and in very poor taste that you choose to attack US as opposed to use this critique to help improve

The office staff has been amazing in providing care for my Mother. The schedule/care for my Mother is extremely difficult and they have went above and beyond to assure that proper care is given. Their dedication has surpassed my expectations on multiple occasions. Also, caregivers are awesome and have done an incredible job.
