I wouldn't give it not even one star but it's the only way I could talk about the experience.
The lack of professionalism and this establishment is appalling. The staff likes to have pull along conversations themselves stopping several times go away and chat without any regard to patron. I could go on, but let's just say, I WILL NEVER RETURN! Too bad for them because I LOVE to tip in $100's!

I asked the lady for a completely different set then what she gave me not to mention my nails are lumpy not even filed right and it’s not even ombré . I made an appointment for 4:00 they took me in at 4:45 so unprofessional . They were lying to customers saying the wait time was 10 min when they were backed up and the wait was probably more than an hour. I will never come here again . She also used different size nails on me they all look so different some are wider than the other ones and some are longer than the other ones .She didn’t even clean the bottom of my nails up I left with dirty
