A very warm welcome from all of us at Primary Care Psychology Associates, LLC! Established in 2010, we have been privileged to serve and support thousands of patients of all ages, ethnicities, races, genders, sexual orientations, and religious traditions in Chicago and the surrounding communities. We offer you and your family a comprehensive range of psychological services out of six locations within the greater Chicago area.

Confidential and convenient telehealth psychological services are available to all residents of the state of Illinois from the comfort of their homes. Our mission is to facilitate cutting edge integration of behavioral health and medicine by promoting behavioral health across the lifespan through easy-access, an excellent team of psychotherapists, working in collaboration with primary and specialty care medical providers.
Services
Our therapists provide services in English, Spanish, Hindi, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Gujarati languages. All clinical services except Diagnostic testing are currently offered via Telehealth. Individual therapy-also known as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or counseling-is a collaborative process between therapist and client that aims to facilitate change and improve the quality of life. Psychotherapy involves the exploration of thoughts, feelings and behavior for the purpose of problem solving or achieving higher levels of functioning.
At Primary Care Psychology Associates, LLC, we consider each child within the context of his or her family. We work collaboratively with the child or adolescent and other family members when we are determining the best treatment plan. Mental health interventions for children/adolescent vary with respect to the problem being addressed and to the age and other individual characteristics of the child.
Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy that engages the family unit to nurture change and development within the family system and considers healthy family relationships essential to individual wellness and health. Family therapy emphasizes thorough understanding of family history, culture and current roles of each family member, along with shared and individual issues, needs and aspirations.
Psychological assessment is a process that uses a combination of techniques to better understand cognitive, academic, and/or emotional functioning for a given individual. Psychological testing, or assessment, is done through observation of an individual performing tasks, review of questionnaires, and analysis of objective and standardized measures.

Understaffed and over worked. Look at the roster and notice that everyone is very similar. Lucky to have worked well with someone who was in training and not an actual employee. They did switch whoever was in charge which is never a good sign. Hope they can get it together and maybe hire some much needed help.

Incredibly disorganized office. Quoted me pricing for services in writing in conjunction with calls to my insurance company. Billed me incorrectly three times, only to finally advise me that they misquoted me from the beginning and I owed a substantial amount more than discussed. Not a great or professional experience.

I had a very horrible experience when it came to billing at Primary Care Psychology Associates, even though I submitted a primary insurance and a secondary insurance, both thru bcbs ppo, for billing at the beginning of services. At the end of my childs testing, she was found to need no services. It wasn't until then, that I was informed that they didn't have a record of my secondary insurance. I resubmitted it. Upon speaking with Adam K in billing, I was asked to make a small down payment for $70 to cover the Co pay balance, and told that the remainder of the balance, that wasn't covered by the
