Needed a screen fix for a surface pro 6. Raynerd, the guy in the front, was helpful, knowledgeable, and gives great service, called me right away when the parts came in and when it was ready a couple hours after I dropped off the laptop. Works perfectly and was cheaper than the quote from Microsoft directly. Hopefully I don't break it again but if I do this is the go to spot.

Under no circumstances should anyone get their phones fixed here. They DO NOT warranty any of their repairs.
They, unfortunately, did a shoddy job on replacing the screen on a phone, which is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. They did not follow the proper guidelines and quality assurance guidelines from the manufacturer when replacing the screen, and it has since gotten water damage due to their improper sealing.
I have had to take the phone to a manufacturer-authorized repair, and they were able to quickly point out all the problems in the repair that was done by this shop and they

I’ve Gotten My Phone Fixed back In September . When i Went In The Guy Said They Had A Cheap Screen If I Wanted A Quality Screen ill Have To Pay Extra to get it same day. I Figured I’d Rather a Quality Screen Than To Have to fix it again.Fast Forward Its March And Out Of Nowhere My Screen Stopped Working *Not Cracked Or Even Damaged In any way* i Take it Back He Doesn’t know why it’s doing That. He Tries Another Screen And Tells Me it’s The LCD. Which I Have no control Over. He Says it’s nothing He Could Do But Offer Me a Discount. I Spent $200 to Have a working phone for 7 Month Just

A while ago my computer's fan stopped working. Best Buy/Geek Squad claimed it was a bad motherboard, which even a younger me doubted, and would have cost over $300 to replace. They replaced the fan and the computer worked fine for $50. Looking to go again soon for a new phone screen.
Edit - I went for a new phone screen for a Samsung Galaxy S9, and before the end of the day they called and I now have a near pristine phone. Service was relatively fast, professional, and staff were very friendly.

This place is horrible. The customer service I received is horrible. Stay clear from here if you want your phone fixed. You will end up coming back for the same reason every month spending more money. For something that should be able to last years. I suggest finding another place to go. Completely disappointed.

I just cited to start the review this way the owner knew that my phone needed to be fixed and emergency timely fashion he was unable to get the parts so I got the parts within 24 hours he promised me it will be done Saturday night he didn't keep any contact with me and I didn't get my phone back until Monday when it was in the same condition and the supplies I gave him were untouched I was never notified and it was completely unprofessional and he treated me like it was my me like a bag of crap I would never bring my stuff here I know that my review is long it might be a little repetitive

I shattered my iPhone screen yesterday so I needed a repair today before heading out of town. When I stopped in, the gentleman behind the counter took a quick look, gave me a price (that was better than other quotations I received) and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Well, 10 minutes later the phone was finished! Not only are they fast and efficient, they are nice people as well. They will be my go to for any repairs from now on. Do yourself a favor and check out CSR for your repair and accessory needs. Jim, Mohammad, and the staff are great to work with!

Brought my wife's series 4 ipad in for repair. Thought it was finished. Charging port was severely damaged. The repaired it quickly and efficiently in two hours. The port had to be removed and a new one soldered into the board. Wow that was fast and is sure beat having to by a new one. Great job, fast service fair price.

Great service!
Went to Cell City in Long Beach and was told that I would have to leave phone and pick up next day and that cost for battery replacement would be $55.
Stopped at Computer Smartphone and they installed battery in 10 minutes and charged $45
Will send update as soon as I know new battery is holding charge.
