My computer would not connect with wifi. Brought to Chris at Mindset and determined my hard drive that was struggling and the wifi card went bad. I brought the computer in at about 1:00 PM Saturday 10/9 and to my surprise, he called me at 8:45 PM and said it was ready for pickup.. yes on a Saturday night! Chris thoroughly explained everything and professionally. I highly recommend Mindset!

My MacBook's battery was shot and my laptop was dying with a 98% charge. I brought my laptop to Mindset back in August and Chris ended up having a compatible battery in stock, so he was able to have my laptop fixed up with a new battery in just two hours! The price was reasonable and much less than I would've been charged at the Genius Bar. My battery life has been great ever since. I was very pleased with my experience at Mindset Computer Repairs and I will definitely come back if I have any phone/computer issues in the future.

CEO laptop died at the worst possible time. Contact Mindset Computer Repair because it was nearby the office; explained the situation to Chris and he was just awesome to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problems. He recommended the best replacement laptop and the turn around time was amazing. Kris and his staff are the best. I would never go anywhere else for computer repairs. We've been taking our PCs and laptops to Kris for years now. Their service has always been personable, efficient, quick, and reasonable. I know I can trust Kris and his staff to be honest and straightforward about repairs that need to be done. I have full confidence in Kris when he says that a PC or laptop is too far gone and needs to be replaced. Forget the big box stores, the Genius Bars and Geek Squads tech desks - do yourself a favor and go straight to Kris!

I have been a customer of mindset for a few years. Once, I had a serious problem with my computer and they got me up and running in a very reasonable amount of time.
A week later, my wife needed a new ower supply for her laptop. I walked in and out of the store in 5 minutes with a brand new replacement that is working over a year later.
Last week I went in to find out about new compter. They sit down and listen ed to everything I needed and wanted it to do. A day later... it was ready.
I loved that they listened to me instead of upselling. I liked that they emailed me a few times for questions

My MacBook Pro was running real sluggish and the hard drive was failing after years of using. Kris at Mindset was able to back up all my data and the repair was finished within 24 hours. He cleaned my computer and updated it to the current OS. After that everything has been working perfectly and super fast. highly recommend mindset productions to anyone!

I was referred by a friend to speak with Kris at Mindset who has server maintenance and commercial advertisement background for my company site. I had such a awesome time going over ideas and feedback for the site that 2 hours went by and so much was agreed and put in action for the next steps in functionality of the site.
