I own a fairly new HP OfficeJet Pro 3 in 1 printer copier. Recently I decided to begin using it to print color photos. To my dismay the prints kept having thin black lines in 3 places on each photo. HP support proved useless! But A-1 is a certified HP repair service so I called. Dominick spent at least 25 minutes on the phone trying his utmost to find a solution that made sense, given the original cost of the printer.
