At DASET Home Inspection, we understand purchasing a home is one of the biggest and most important decisions you will ever make. Mold growing in homes can lead to structural decay, health concerns, unsightly stains, and foul odors. Mold testing from DASET Home Inspection is a full assessment of the condition of your home as it relates to mold and moisture intrusion. We do not perform remediation's, so you can be sure that we have no conflict of interest and you will receive an unbiased inspection.
How much does a WDI inspection cost? There is no additional cost to add on a wood-destroying insect inspection to your home inspections. If you are looking to just have a WDI inspection, the rate starts at $175. All findings will be documented in your home inspection report with photos, location of issues observed, and an additional pest inspection report will be filled out.

The DASET Home Inspection Team were absolutely amazing. Dan and Joe came out to my investment property today and did a very thorough inspection. I am a first time homeowner and both walked me through all of the inner workings of my home, how they functioned, what maintenance needed to be done regularly, things I needed to monitor and items that needed addressing sooner rather than later. Dan and Joe were absolutely incredible. I never thought I'd leave a review for a home inspector but they deserve it. When you think of a locally owned business or any business, you always imagine how the perfect one would be run. That is DASET. Through email, text, or call Dan responded right away. I would stay clear of this inspector. Downplayed issues Or completely overlooked major problems that were visible on inspection costing us over thirty thousand dollars in fixes. He advised us to let him walk through the house alone stating he could be more through. When in reality it left him clear of us noticing issues and asking questions. Never had an inspector ask us not to shadow him around as he inspected the home. Simple items like shrubs up against the home were not even mentioned which every inspector I have ever had has reported. Use at your own risk!

Daset was a great home inspection company to work with from start to finish. I was purchasing a home in jersey city and needed a home inspection. He was patient and thorough and did a very good job. Did not rush and took his time which I appreciated. The drone was a nice plus as well as the roof access hatch was sealed in (flat roof).

As a first time home buyer, Dan and Lisset made the home inspection process simple. Not only did I feel at ease, but they really emphasized on all factors during their inspection. It is critical to hire someone that knows what to look for and Daset was just what the doctor ordered! They positioned my wife and I favorably when requesting a credit for action items the house needed prior to closing. Just had my would be home inspected by this company. I was beyond impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Daniel was dressed very professionally, his gear was very clean and organized. He came early to the appointment and had already gone through the home and had pictures ready to show me when I arrived. He also had a goody bag for me and my husband with water and snacks while he inspected the home. His wife Liset who is his coordinator, was also very professional and attentive.
