Residential property inspections for single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, mobile, and multi-family structures with up to 4 units. Commercial property inspections for multi-family structures with over 4 units, restaurants, wearhouse & office space, mixed use, and more. Radon gas is prevalant in many parts of New Jersey and has been scientifically linked to lung cancer.
A visual non-invasive inspection of the structrure, heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems will be performed in accordance with the NJ Standards of Practice for home inspections.

I'm currently in the processes of purchasing my second home and Steve has been the inspector on both properties. Professional and thorough on both occasions. He does a lengthily inspection, gives detailed reports and the reports have been available to us in a timely fashion. Will definitely recommend and use again if I buy a third property ^.^
