Gilbert Idelkhani has been making women and men feel great about themselves for years. He was classically trained in Paris at the Wella Institute, learning from master colorists and stylists in the hair care field. He then brought this knowledge and skill to Tehran, Iran which has an extreme focus on high fashion and beauty.
His years spent here allowed him to hone his skills with an international clientelle. Before moving to America, he also spent time in Istanbul, Turkey where he widened his international clientelle and increased his knowledge with a number of new and cutting edge hair treatments. Gilbert moved to America in 2007 and began working for Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa in Tyson's Corner as a color specialist and hair stylist.

I’ve been going to Gilbert for years and he’s an amazing colorist. I have blonde hair. I’ve had a bunch of great cuts from him from short blunt bobs to long layers. He also cut my husband’s unruly hair recently, and it’s the best haircut he’s ever had. He’s now giving up the barber for Gilbert!

With his vibrant personality, rich experience and mastery of craft (both color and cut), Gilbert offers the unique experience that cannot be compared to any other in the area. Creativity seems to pervade his space - appointment booking/confirmation/change was actually a super fun and easy process anyone can do via phone. I could not be happier with the results. Gilbert is the best hairdresser you can find ANYWHERE, If I could give 50 Stars I would! I have been getting my hair cut from Gilberts for years now and have not been disappointed one time! He is such an awesome guy, and love the funny and hilarious stories he has to tell! When I was looking for a gel that could hold my hair up, Gilbert recommended the perfect gel and shampoo + conditioner that I still use to this date! If you need the perfect hair style or look, Gilbert is the way to go!
