Our goal is that every client receives an outstanding service from the time they walk in, to the time they walk out. Jonathan, a stylist to several Washington DC celebrities, is master color certified through Wella. Jonathan Elkhouri began his career in hairstyling at the age of 18 as a shampoo technician. Jennifer Elkhouri began her career in IT in 1994, designing websites and helping clients migrate business process from paper to custom, technical solutions.
Only my 2nd time there; for a haircut/trim. Originally saw Kai and really liked her personality. Unfortunately, my 2nd appt was scheduled to be with her and was moved due to her changing salons. The receptionist moved me to Tiffany. Good appt, just different personality as Kai. Wasn't too talkative to me and just did her job.
We are passionate at Salon Khouri about supporting our local community and have participated in multiple service initiatives since 2005. From fundraising for hurricane victims, to food and gift drives, to raising awareness for childhood cancer, the Salon Khouri team has contributed hundreds of hours to charitable events, and the salon has been blessed with donating thousands of dollars through our community outreach program.

I went to this salon for over 3 years to the same lady. She left the salon and I gladly followed her because her professionalism, kindness and talent was admirable. Their management and assistants need some serious work. They are rude, sloppy, and the customer service is truly awful. I am younger (20s) and they treated me like I was stupid for asking questions and expressing any sort of concern. I'm sure if I walked in with a designer purse I would have been treated much better, that's how disgusting their management is. Attitude needs to go and their owners need to figure it out. I couldn’t love my hair more! Reagan did an amazing job and I don’t think I would go to anyone else but her again. She is super friendly & did a great job at styling (waving/curling) my hair. I highly recommended this salon and it was super cute inside and very clean. I have attached a photo of my hair after I got it done.

I love going to Salon Khouri! I see Edith regularly as she is a true color artist! My hair color always looks blended and natural. I love how Edith takes the time to plan and figure out how to place the different colors and make everything blend together. I have been extremely happy every time and get compliments on my hair color (vibrant purple and blue) each time I am out and about!

I wanted to cut my long hair into a bob hairstyle and the last time I had my hair bob length was over 20 years ago. At that time I was living in Germany and my go to was always at Vidal Sassoon in Berlin. Because when it comes to hair, I am willing to splurge as I think it is very important to get a good haircut. Got my hair highlighted by Tayler B. today and she did AMAZING!! Definitely one of the best hair stylists I've been to and I'll definitely be going back to her! She took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. The highlights look so flawless and I literally couldn't be happier!! Jelena is wonderful! Always takes time in her consultation to discuss the cut, and then executes it perfectly. My haircuts always exceed my expectations. Moved to the area just over a year ago and so happy someone referred me to this salon (started at Fairfax location but now am going to Dulles Landing).

Great Service, follows COVID guidelines, very clean. Becky is a very experienced colorist. During the consultation, she displayed attentiveness, she's very informative, explains all the steps in what is the best decisions for my daughters hair color. Fast forward to appointment. She did exactly what was discussed, It came out beautiful and natural looking.

I had my hair colored for the first time. I found a stylist at this salon with great reviews. She brightened up my natural red hair and made it look just like a photo of me years ago. I went back for my touch up. I was told on the phone she no longer worked there, but Olivia would be able to do it based on the notes on my card. I got there and asked if she had the notes she said yes. She proceeded to color my hair and it was a different color. I said this is not the color I had, her response was I think it needed deeper tones. I said I wanted the same color, her response was "Gotcha", I said I

I recently had my first visit to this salon and was slightly wary based on some of the reviews. I had no issues scheduling my appointment or confirming. The person who answered the phone answered my questions and let me know the salon was not currently doing blow dry as a Covid restriction. My assigned stylist was Olivia and I left very pleased with my color and cut. She answered all my questions prior to starting and helped me determine the service I needed based on what I was looking for. The shampoo station was great. They had each one separated with curtains and the massage chair was so relaxing

This is my 2nd attempt at finding a new salon and stylist after moving to NOVA last summer. I called to schedule an appointment and told the receptionist I wanted a cut, color, and style. She told me style was included with a haircut.

My best friend referred me to Salon Khouri; she's had nothing but great experiences here and knew I have been in search of a salon. My stylist, Priya, was great! I love my haircut and Priya was very personable. The products used on my hair smells amazing!

People I've been ghosted by the salon and the hair stylist.
Now I little background, I have boxed dye dark brown hair and knew that I wouldn't be able to achieve the look I wanted with one session.
The first session I had very light bang area and barely noticeable lighter pieces the rest of the hair. I asked to be toned within the two weeks and things looked a little more even.. The stylists recommended coming back and doing treasy lights to achieve more lift so i booked my second visit 6 weeks later.... well once in the chair she decide to go back to balayage and the result was much

I had a consult for a hair treatment this afternoon. I received a call from the salon asking if I could come in early because the stylist had a big cancellation. I said I could not because I'm coming from work which is in McClean. My appt was at 4:15 and around 3:35 I called the salon and had told them traffic is very bad due to the storms. I asked if they wanted me to reschedule or is it okay to come a little late. The receptionist said it was okay to come a little late. My stylist is Carlee Apostolakis and she is simply THE BEST! :)
Salon Khouri is only 15 min from my home, so the location is very convenient. The salon is small, but warm and welcoming. One of my favorite things is the massage chairs at the shampoo bowls! They are so relaxing...I could literally sit there all day!
Carlee is so wonderful and always listens to what I want, what I like and gives me ideas and advice based on what she knows will work with my hair. I'm never afraid to let her make a color choice since she knows what will look the best. I've never once

I have been seeing Chris Kelly at Salon Khouri now for several months. After 8 years in Northern Virginia, I have FINALLY found my salon and stylist! Every time I leave, I am thrilled with how my hair looks. Anyone who really knows me, knows that normally I would go home and restyle before heading anywhere else. No more! Chris is super talented, sweet and listens to what her clients are after. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair!

Just have my hair cut and dyed by Chris. My girlfriend loves it! The salon was nice and clean. Chris is so sweet and helpful, she picked my hairstyle and color, I was right trusting her! This is my first hair dye so I bought some hair care products. Good price, tbh. Never have any dry shampoo as good as this brand, Kevin Murphy.

I should totally keep this a secret because I don't want to wait for forever to be able to get my own appointment but--- if you don't already have a stylist at Salon Kahouri, give Chris Kelly a try.
She's amazing!
She has always done and amazing job with my hair and this one time that I was over critical of some layers, she fixed them for me. No offense taken that I wanted more of a blunt cut. She fixed it and there was nothing awkward about it. (like it can sometime be with other stylist who's feelings are hurt). Chris is professional and has 20 years experience yet keeps

This salon looks great! It's bright and has all the bells and whistles. The stylists are very nice and accommodating. However, I was under-impressed by my completed hair style. I got a simple wash, blow dry, flatiron w/curls. My curls were basically non-existent. It was flat and without style in general. Literally, by the time I got to my car (which was parked directly in front of the door) I couldn't find a curl left in my hair. Wow! I actually walked out of a hair salon happy with my hair! Trust me, it's been a while since I've found a hair salon that gives you your money's worth and actually does your hair like you want it.
