Our nutritionist, Lisa Jubilee offers online nutrition counseling, including comprehensive nutrition programs and personalized meal plans based on your health needs and fitness goals. Our personal trainers provide individualized High Intensity Strength Training workouts in our boutique studio in Midtown, NYC and remotely.

We work with people of all ages, sizes, and skill levels, treating each client with individually customized one-on-one sessions. Living Proof is a private studio located in the heart of midtown (10022) New York City. We provide online personalized nutrition counseling and meal plans and one-on-one High Intensity Strength Training. Our departments can be utilized singly or in combination, according to your needs and preferences.

Knowledgeable, empathetic and flexible are three words that describe Lisa Jubilee. She not only listens to your goals, but considers your lab report and current habits to develop a customized plan that is achievable. In addition, she is always just an email away - very responsive. She gives guidance on exercise routines, benefits of strength training as well as food substitutions. The meals on the meal plan are tasty and very easy to prepare. I found Lisa after receiving a diabetes diagnosis, through googling for holistic nutritionists. I knew from our consultation call that her approach and philosophies would be a great fit in supporting me in managing this new health concern, especially given her cultural background and personal experience with diabetes in her family. LivingProof is exactly that - Living Proof!! I became a vegetarian over 16 years ago partly for religious reasons but also in an attempt to avoid the diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension that plagues my family.
