Beau: Beau was our tail-less wonder who lived at NVH for a number of years. Former owner and veterinarian Dr. Giel saved in him ago after a terrible accident where he needed his tail amputated, and a serious surgery that made it so he could not go to the bathroom on his own. Each new staff member got a right of passage when they learned how to "squeeze" Beau!

One star is generous... we took our bichon/ship tzu puppy here for his neuter. First the vet was wearing a mask but didn't have it covering his nose. Next he assumed my dog was a girl even though I kept saying he was a boy and didn't believe me until he looked. He also didn't believe how old he was so created a random birthday on our paperwork... we typically take our pet to a different vet but it was very expensive for a neuter so tried here and gave all of our paperwork showing vaccine history and repeatedly said all we wanted was a neuter that day... we'll the vet decided
