Bob Gregory, owner of Bob's Computer Services, personally solved a very difficult, complex software problem for me over a three-day period. The solution required on-site visits, hands-on work, and contact with a computer software vendor located in Europe.

As a graduate student, having a functioning laptop is incredibly important. Unfortunately, I had several issues with my laptop over the past few months. I decided to call Bob's Computer Service. Bob was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with his service. He has fixed my laptop on several different occasions, sometimes on quite short notice. I have had Bob come and repair my laptop a number of times. He is always prompt and professional. He gets the job done quickly and his rates are quite reasonable.
