We are current tenants who has been here about 8 months. The one star is for the location, which is fantastic. We love downtown Kirkland but wish we had done our research before moving into Westwater. If we had I highly doubt we would have rented here. Unfortunately we had not rented for about 20 years and fell in love with the view from our lake facing unit and signed without doing really any research. So hopefully this review will help others from having to learn the hard way as we have.

The Westwater Apartments are absolutely amazing. The property is kept immaculately clean, and the property management has taken all the necessary precautions to keep our community safe during Covid. The property manager Laura is fantastic. She is reliable and we can always count on her to promptly respond to any inquiries and requests.
For an example of how great this community is: I sent a service request for a repair in my unit this morning. Brian with Maintenance Services called me within 20 mins, arrived within the hour, and got all the work done in less than 30 mins. I really appreciated

I applied for an apartment through their website. I spoke to Amanda, their leasing agent, who told me I was approved and she would email over my lease. Then, she calls me back, and said the apartment had increased from $1469 to $1850/month. If the new price doesn't work for me, she would be happy to refund my application fee. What a joke.
