The staff at the Preserve at Forbes Creek has been wonderful during the duration of our stay. The Leasing Team was amazing when we initially inquired about the apartment and during the move-in process. Any time we've had a question or a maintenance request, we've received a prompt and helpful response. Anyone who has visited the apartment for inspections or repairs has been very pleasant and professional. The facilities are well-maintained and our kids have really enjoyed the pools, etc. It has been a great temporary home for us during our house remodel and we really appreciate the staff at the

Lived here 5 months, and if you don’t like inspections every two weeks or loud noises, this isn’t the place for you. Currently listening to a random construction project on a unit next door.
No warning letter on this one though, 9:30am- current time of 6pm. We pay roughly $1,950 for a one bedroom and no peace of mind.
Update: almost 8pm and still going strong with hammers and drills.

I have loved living here at The Preserves at Firbes Creek. From the office staff to the amazing maintenance crew that have always provided a timely and excellent service, thank you. Hats off to Masha and Steven that not only did an excellent job with any work order, but made me feel comfortable with my pet in the unit while they worked.
My neighbors are friendly and for the most part the units keep out sounds. Occasionally, I can hear people walking in the above unit.
There are many walking paths close and fun sightings of wildlife. In the summer you can watch the ducklings grow up in the ponds

Would give 0 stars if I could. The preserve workers were so nice before signing a lease, but as soon as we signed our lease, they were rude, not helpful and difficult to communicate with.
My puppy, boyfriend and I were attacked by our neighbors two dogs, which were both on the restricted breeds list for the community. We were walking our pup to the parking lot. The two dogs jumped out of the neighbor's window, broke through their screen, and attacked our small puppy. After a fight, my boyfriend saved our puppy. The dogs then turned to me and tried to attack me, biting my legs and ripping my sweatpants

I had such a great experience while I was in the process of moving into this beautiful apartment. Even a couple neighbor kids came & helped my 8 year old & I unload the U-Haul. I just feel so peaceful here & it's definitely an upgrade from where I just moved from & all of the office management I have met so far have been so great & helpful. Big shout out to Jenny Anderson for helping me every step of the way & thank you Craig McKee & Claudia for being so kind & making me feel so welcome & @ home. I don't think I will ever want to move from here unless I am buying a house. Thank you so much for

I toured many apartment complexes before Forbes and they were all decent, but I loved the Preserve at Forbes Creek. I think what made me really love it was Alexandra and how she presented the complex. She made it so welcoming and answered all my questions while making it feel so warm and inviting. She seemed like she genuinely was interested in me and accommodating my needs and desires. I know I would have liked Forbes Creek no matter who showed it to me, but I honestly don't know if I would have been as interested and impressed if I would have had my initial meeting with someone else! Highly recommend

Avana at Forbes Creek is on first glance a nice apartment complex. Unfortunately after living there for only 2 months my family experienced sever health issues. It took time to discover why my partner went from a woman that worked out daily, loved her job, and was full of energy to a woman that could barley get out of bed and became very depressed, we discovered Black Mold in the bathroom after complaining for months of a distinct smell that we could not pin point despite spending countless hours and money to correct. ( I believe it was in the walls of most of the apartment as well) After the Management
