I had a noisy neighbor and the manager Judy gaslights you about loud neighbors and says no one else hear it. Heard this kind of gas lighting from managers before. Really sick of it. Same story here. Maybe it's just that this sort of thing has to happen because they can't evict people. I don't know. But annoying as hell. Maybe can't blame her. But I can't recommend this place to anyone that I know.
On the upside, the location is good. And the apartment layout is traditional.

Everyone was beyond helpful! When I dropped the ball and thought the office was open on Saturday (I was moving Sunday), Judy came and met me during a day they are not open just to get me my key! The next day, Monday, I accidentally left the wrong key under the mat for the service that picks up my dog for off leash excursions during the week. Judy opened up my apartment for her without any issue. I feel like the absolute worst tenant these first couple days, but Pleasant Bay has been wonderful! I am excited to make Pleasant Bay my new home! I have been so impressed with the parking and have not

We were driven out of our "Pleasant" Bay apartment by incorrect/inappropriate repairs which made the unit uninhabitable for 5 weeks while we were pregnant. They offered a rental rebate for those 5 weeks, but offered no funds for the significant family expenses they incurred during that time.
