I bought my home from JPatricks 3 months ago. I had several issues. We had some communication problems in the beginning but all of the problems have been taken care of, after contacting with the right person.

Oh wow where do I start from?!
Poor quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service, poor response time, no customer appreciation, etc.
I bought my home from JPatrick over 4 yrs ago. There were issues at closing. Fixtures did not match the cabinets, appliances used were cheap quality, floors on second floor were uneven, leakage issue in master bath which they did not fix after multiple tries. Problem was with out of sequence work. We called them multiple times to fix these issues and every time they did half hearted job.
Oh yes did I tell you that air conditioner temps. was uneven in upstair

I highly recommend J. Patrick homes as a custom home builder! I used J. Patrick homes several years ago to build my custom new construction home and I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. From the beginning the builder was patient with us on selecting exactly which floor plan would work best for our family. We then had a great experience at the design center picking out specific pieces for our home. The team there was extremely helpful and there is no way we could have picked it all out without their guidance and support. We also loved working with our builder, Dwight. He provided updates

We were looking for a new home after I retired and had a recommendation from a friend to look at J. Patrick homes in Richmond TX. We were blown away by the floorplans they offered and the design consulting and also J. Patrick's pricing. Our house was built on time and has been the most rewarding purchase of my 69 years. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-end , well built, home - it would be to your advantage to visit a J. Patrick model where ever they are available.
