I really loved Monte De Oro. We went recently for a wine tasting. The wine was good, there was a large selection to choose from for your 6 wines, and the staff was super helpful in picking out the right ones. We also ordered food. The pizza was really good. They also were pretty chill about our 5 year old rolling around on the astro turf and playing with the water in the fountain. Only downside was there wasn't a lot of land for the 5 year old to play on, but that's typical for the wineries in the area. The patio was comfy and you could sit in the sun or under umbrellas. Wine tasting was great. Premium tasting is worth the extra cost. Customer service was excellent. We ended up taking a few bottles home of our favorite wines from the tasting. Outside seating area was beautiful. Only exception was it was windy and cloudy but that’s nobody’s fault. We’ll be coming back again on a nicer day!

My friend is a wine club member here and we came up on a rainy Thursday afternoon. Very few people here and adequate seating space for social distancing. Food was top notch. The spicy honey drizzle paired well with the cheese and pepperoni, and the fresh Parmesan shavings over a very potent truffle flavor and piping hot fries and light aioli for dipping. Perfect for the chilly afternoon. Only complaint was we asked for extra plates and they never came.

First timer here at this winery! We had Alex serving our wine tastings and he is so knowledgeable and pleasant to be in his presence. I hope he's there every time I visit! I told him my wine preferences and asked him to do the wine selections for my tastings and he nailed it! I love the option of 6 or 9 tastings for $20 or $25, I believe. With the wide variety of wine selections, I like not having to limit to only 6. We ordered truffle fries that came with a fabulous aioli and the meatballs that were baked to perfection

A solid overall winery in Temecula. I came here for a coworker's birthday. We had wine flights of several flavors. Everything was amazing. The inside atmosphere was festive. The staff behind the counter served us our tastings and our wine flights. They were very friendly and very patient with all of us. They were even more helpful and informative when we wanted to know how a particular wine was. Most of our visit, we sat outside. Not a big crowd for a Sunday afternoon. Great seating for large parties. You order inside and they bring you your food. Service is friendly! Pesto chicken pizza is delicious as well as the burgers. Ordered the grilled pest chicken sandwich...it was so so! They do not provide water for the table and there is water inside but you have to use a little dixie cup. We will return again for sure!

I'm not the best to rate wine since I am not a fan, but I did end up getting a couple apps. The mealsballs were good, nothing extraordinary and bruschetta was ok. The bread that came with both was the quality of your cheap generic brand white bread. Sourdough? I think not.

My family, friends, and I had the most amazing time at Monte De Oro winery thanks to our wine connoisseur and tour guide Riley Scherak. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really made our experience so special. We had such a great time thanks to Riley and we are already planning our next visit!

My boyfriend and I have been to many wineries in Temecula but monte de oro winery gave us an incredible experience due to Rebecca! She was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made the tasting such a fun experience. She took a genuine interest in us and educated us a lot on the whole process of wine making. The winery itself is so beautiful with outdoor seating and cool mist for when it gets hot. We especially loved the ambiance with the old jazz music playing in the background! The food is incredible too, I suggest getting the goat cheese and honey pizza!

Amazing wine, delicious food. A good one stop shot for both if your passing through Temecula and the staff is kind and efficient!

This winery is set in a beautiful location. Staff is friendly. Wines are all good my favorite as a white drinker was the Chardonnay.

I went over this past memorial weekend and had a great time enjoying their outside patio. It was really easy to make reservations, we chose 11:30 which was their earliest time. The set up is pretty easy, we ordered our food first and then sat down and ordered our wine. Their tasting is pretty unique, it's 4 different tastings instead of the usual 6, it was $20 for the regular tastings and they had a option for premium tastings which was alittle more pricier. Beautiful views, good food and great wine! This was our second visit and we really enjoyed it. I had their 2016 Zinfandel and a pizza. I can see why they were named one of the top Inland Empire dining and entertainment spots. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Apparently this is medium well. No pink in sight.. I asked for my burger to be medium rare. I was told that they only do medium well. I figured ok a little pink is better than none. The waitress took my food and brought it back stating this is all they can do. This makes me upset because this was the wellest of the three burgers at our table. During covid I didn't think they could take food away and bring it back saying they won't fix it. To say the least thank god I have been vaccinated. I feel that since we didn't order wine we are second rate patrons because we aren't providing

It's so nice to have a lovely outdoor dining at this beautiful patio at Monte De Oro for a Saturday brunch. We come from San Diego. Temecula vineyards are 40 minutes away which is not bad at all for a one day trip. I made a RSVP at this place because I heard it's pretty nice and their wines are really great. And it's right. We tried a bottle of 2017 Syrah, which is really amazing. We loved it very much. We also enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend the Kobe beef Meatball. Overall, it's a very nice experience.

Prior to the pandemic this winery was a gorgeous property with great atmosphere. Currently they have good wine but the terrace lacks ambience and the member's area no longer exists.

This is one of the few wineries in Temecula that still offer wine flights during covid times. We came here as a walk in at 2pm on Saturday and was pleased to see it not that crowded. We were promptly seated and greeted with menus. Since we just ate lunch we decided to do flights for $16. Our server was a doll with recommendations, Pauline, I believe. She was bubbly and a good vibe overall!
The only ding was that they didn't have any misters onsite and it was 100 plus degrees. We were also told as walk ins we couldn't stay longer then 3pm for reservations. It was a little crazy since
