I loved this place, but it's going under new management that... you guessed it! Is hiking their prices, even in the off season. I'll have fond memories of this place, but is not worth supporting a corporate owner who's going to make decisions like this. Yay capitalism!

We stay here every year awesome place to stay has beach and bay side balcony. Only down side is there is no bar or food of any kind on the premises no vending machines either

Wonderful private condo building. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt because each specific condo unit varies greatly. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Perfect location as well.

Nice place, we rented a condo in this tower and the amenities were well done, pool was nice, beach access was easy, elevators were quick.

It was first time ever I knew what condo means ...t was here in fountainhead( no housekeeping, no wifi , no soup ,no tesue ,eta)the beds are not clean at all their were spots on the shets of the bed that my kids didn't sleep on .the place had a wired small to it

Let me start by saying, I don't ever complain, and I know germs exist! I'm very easy to please.... But.... OMG where do I start? Dirty bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, hair on the counters, gross smell in the bathroom, bathroom rug was wet when we got there. Had tiny black bugs flying in and out of the sink drain. Stained up sticky carpet, stains on the bed coverings (looked like someone wet the bed many times). Spare sheets rolled in a ball on the floor of the bedroom closet. Luckily I knew to bring everything, but still who wants to sleep on bed where you can see the bedcover is stained

Condos are nice with ocean front view, cleaning people don't really clean very well. Room was dirty when we entered and there was confetti everywhere from the people before us.

I stayed here for the first time this year and I LOVED IT!!! The building is really cool and my unit was awesome, balconies on both sides. Service is weird, the SECOND they saw me I had to fill out a vehicle form but it was all good because he turned out to be nice. The beach area behind this building is the only area not crowded lmao

We also had a horrible experience with Long & Foster Rentals. Upon arrival to our rental unit, that we had rented months in advance with a deposit, we found the place very dirty. I immediately called the rental office and explained that the unit was very dirty (floors with dirt and sand, bathroom with body hair all over, laundry left in washer, dishwasher full, ring marks fro glasses and food all over the surfaces). The rental company said that they contacted the owner and someone was supposed to come clean the unit and that they obviously did not clean it yet, but for some reason there was a paper
