Love the Sea Gate property and the staff is fabulous. This is the only place we will stay. Been coming here for years because no place in OC can beat the feel of family and affordability.

I've always had a wonderful experience staying here. I think the prices are good as well as the location. I only stay here when I visit ocean city. Haven't had a bad time yet pray I never do.

Spent a week here at Sea Gate. The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. Three out of 6 days I got up early to watch sunrise which is breathtaking. We rented from Ed who ownes unit 403. Ocean view side, kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the rooms were clean.

My stay here over the weekend was great! Condo was a little outdated but overall the location was great. Close to attractions and food! Amy from the office was very accommodating and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Was right on the beach. Our rental was well used, almost too well used. However, another part of our family was there and their condos were in much better shape, very nice. The higher floors had very nice views of the bay. All condos had nice view of the beach. Easy beach access and rinse stations for on the way off the beach. Pool was nice and clean. It was about 20' by 36' and 18 inches deep to 8 foot deep. I would go back, especially if I were on a higher floor.

My wife and I can't wait to return next Spring. The weather was perfect the scenery even better. We loved it. The Condo was clean and has plenty of living space to be super comfortable.
