I booked our condo through VRBO for a week. Resort rentals contacted me almost immediately after booking with details for my stay. They were thorough and pleasant to work with even after I accidentally missed my final payment they nicely called to remind me so I didn’t lose my reservation. When we got to OC we saw another rental company had a line for almost a full block to check in. I joked to my husband that “I hope ours isn’t like that” expecting that it would be no matter what on a Saturday afternoon. Much to my surprise the check in process took less than 5 minutes! The condo was clean

We had a lovely stay! The view was amazing! Every morning I got up to watch the sunrise. It was absolutely stunning seeing the sun rise above the ocean from the balcony. The convenience and ease of going out the door to the beach was great! No need to drive! We also enjoyed the inside and outside pools. The jungle bar down by the pool was open part of the time and had pretty decent food. Overall, it was a good trip!

Their booking system and website are leaps and bounds better than the system my last management company was using. The method of booking is so simple and the website is very professional. The overall place was great (8/10), however the cleaning was not. We walked in to sandy floors, broken blinds and curtains, trash in some of the dressers, stains on the couches, dusty end tables, lamps, and blinds, moldy floor and moldy flip flop under a table, and ants on the counters. Very poor house cleaning 1/10. We have stayed at multiple other houses before, in Oc and TopSail, on the beach and have never experienced issues like this.

Resort Rentals provided a positive experience from start to finish. Specific to our rental we were missing bed spreads. Resort Rentals upon me notifying them investigated the problem and had it resolved within a couple of hours on a very busy holiday weekend. Our rental was very clean, nicely equipped, and in good working order. I would use Resort Rentals again.

Such a great rental experience! Everyone I spoke to at Resort Rentals was always very friendly and efficient. Check-in was super easy, we even got a call that our condo was ready early. When we arrived to pick up the keys, there was a table set up outside and it was really easy and quick. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! My family and I had a great vacation there and made so many memories. We can't wait to come back. And check-out was just as easy, just dropped the keys and parking passes in the box and that was it. Thanks again for helping us have a great vacation.

The pick up was fine, you have to go and get an envelope with a whole bunch of directions in it. The envelope has 2 cards with the entrance code for the rental. Now, for the sake of everyone involved, couldn't I just get an email with the code and gotten the envelope when we got to the house?
The rental was clean and as promised. I've rented a number of houses, and every single one of them included a few basic amenities. The most basic of all amenities? F $%#cking toilet paper. How do you rent out a 3 bathroom house with zero toilet paper? Isn't the first thing people want to do
