This place is supposed to be free diagnose. And it is. However, be careful if you decide not to have them repair your PC. Â In my case, I decided that the repair estimate was not reasonable and picked up the laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop that was physically in perfect shape before, was damaged in two places when I picked it up. In fact, I replaced the part they diagnosed, but the PC didn't work anyways. Either their diagnosis was wrong or they got angry for not getting authorization for the repair job and damaged my laptop. You should probably take a few pictures of your PC before taking

My laptop is a Samsung ultrabook and as Samsung is no longer in the computer game in the US, it was going to be tough to replace my motherboard with a new one. PC Experts worked with me in a timely manner, letting me know up front that the motherboard would have to be specially ordered and from a refurbished laptop. The repairs were speedily done afterward and I picked my laptop in a COVID safe procedure.

PC Experts is the real deal. I called and left a message and received a call back within the hour. They were able to accommodate a drop off the same day and I had my laptop back in perfect condition by 9am the next morning. They also gave me some recommendations for how to best keep the longevity of my battery going. If I could give them 10 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend.

Post reading some positive reviews, I took my Lenovo Edge 15 laptop for a performance boost.
My laptop had been running ultra slow for last 2 years and it got to a point where all the USB ports stopped functioning, OS got corrupted.
Upon receiving the diagnostics from PC Expert Services, I approved them for the necessary repair. The communication was very welcoming as I had received the quote about the hardware and soft ware upgrade that my system required.
I received update within 48 hours that my laptop is ready.
The laptop functions like a super computer, no lags, no delay, no slowness.

Very good service. Technician was very responsive and helpful . Price is affordable and you get what you paid for. I sent my laptop to fix charger port and it was fixed. Unfortunately my USB port was broken after that. The technician was very nice to fix it for free. i would go here again if there is something to be fixed. I would also recommend to anyone to send their pc/laptop here. Just be as responsive as possible and explain what your problems are and he will take care of it

It's been a month since PC Expert Services fixed my laptop . . . but I recently realized that they fixed more than I even asked for. Some of the screws on the bottom of my laptop were missing, and some of the screw holes were broken. This situation made my laptop feel old and flimsy. Although I didn't even mention these issues to PC Experts, they fixed them completely, without charging me or saying anything about it. I did notice that my laptop felt different and firmer than it had before, but it took me a while to realize what PC Experts had done. So awesome!

One of the printers in our office was in need of some TLC in a hurry. Reached out to PC Experts Services and and spoke with Behrouz and explained the situation. He suggested I drop off the printer so he could evaluate the problem and give me an estimate. Dropped the printer off Friday afternoon, Behrouz was able to get back to me the same day with the details and repair estimate. Paid the deposit and was able to have the printer back in our office Tuesday afternoon. I would highly recommend PC Expert Services to anyone in need of some quick efficient repair services.

I had an issue with my ps4 which I took to Behrouz and despite having to go back a couple of times to get it resolved, Behrouz was very responsive, quick and had a great manner in assuring me that the issue would be resolved. The repair was pretty inexpensive as well and I would definitely go there again with any PC / tech needs.

I've been meaning to get to this review for a while, as of 12/3/2016 my pc is still having a lot of issues after I sent it in a while ago(around 11/4/2016), however this is not the complete reason why i'm giving them such a low rating. Behrouz is a really good guy, he was really on top of notifying me of any progress he was making and he does not charge you anything to look at the computer only when you need the repairs done.

They charge $40 to diagnose your computer problem. And you don't get that money back, even if they can't fix it! Go elsewhere! And when I told him that was unreasonable, he told me I was rude. I told him I'd rate his business one star for the exorbitant fees, and he threatened to report me to Yelp! Scam artist!

Behrouz gets a 5+++ rating. He is heaven sent. I was getting so frustrated because I had taken my 2.5 y.o. laptop to Kevin's Computer for an OS factory reset last week. However, while they finally got my laptop to work, I got a suspicious malware pop-up message this morning which I've never had issues with before since I have Norton Antivirus installed. When I called Kevin's computer to try to get this resolved, I was told this is a different issue from what I initially brought

Wow! That is all I can say. I had an issue with a desktop that ended up needing to be reloaded. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do about it. Behrouz was amazing. not only did he do the job, but he saved data I didn't think was going to make it, and then was beyond reasonable on the price. There are not many people like him out there that care more about taking care of people than they do about making a buck. He is tops in my book!

So I was stoked when my crazy ex-girlfriend gave me her computer after we broke up (as a parting gift I guess?). But after finally transferring all my files and apps to this new desktop PC and putting in about 4-5 months of usage, the motherboard fried. Suckage. Once again my ex finds a way to take yet another stab at me. Yeesh!!!
Anyway I tried to save this thing. Dug around here and found PCE. Brought it in to Behrouz and he said to give him 'til the next day.
He calls back the next day and I come in to discuss. Tells me the motherboard is fried and suggests not bothering
