Excellent experience with Tech Trekkers! Found them on Yelp and their five star reviews do not lie. I called them to assist with some wiring issues for our business POS system and they were able to come in quickly and resolved the problem. It's difficult to find reliable and honest help and they get the work done! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

Ray was an unexpected treat in this age of apathetic customer service. I dropped off my 2013 MacBook Pro and the parts necessary, and two days later (I was in no rush) I got back my machine, and it will now have a chance at several more years of service.
Good value. Excellent work. Great communication. Going above and beyond. It's not hard and it makes people happy.

We had an excellent experience both on line & in person with this company!
I discovered Ray with a Yelp search.
The initial problem was with emails & Ray kindly explained that a recent update was causing the glitch and he was right on the money.
My next issue involved QuickBooks & that required a house call.
Ray was available & was at my office within an hour.
Our issue was fixed within 30 minutes for a very affordable fee.
He even gave us a 20% discount for being a Yelp client.
We will save his contact information & definately call him when we upgrade our computers in the fall

I am by far the least technical person. I was having issues with my desk top computer and lap top,, 7gh..
I searched Yelp reviews and came across Ray from Tech Trekkers, so thankful I did.
We spoke, made an appointment for the following week. Ray was on time, extremely kind, patient and explained things in a manner that I could grasp. Fixed my issues and I am beyond tthrilled!

I would give 10 stars if I could!! You just found THE BEST mobile IT service & PC repair company in all of Orange County. Ray took my call in the a.m. and serviced my computer later that same day.
He was respectful (wore a mask), polite, clean, reasonable, efficient, honest and above all, a true miracle worker. His expertise and skills are AMAZING! My hard drive crashed and yet he was able to restore all my files (NO LOSSES!). I also had him add Microsoft 10 and most importantly he installed a new hard drive.
