I called during the weekend and they called me right back on Monday. They charge less than $50 to take a look at your computer. I decided not to spend the money as my old computer cost just $600 when I bought it. But they were professional and got right back to me.

Tony is amazing and even though our computer was hacked he was able to restore everything back into the computer and it was as good as new. I highly recommend Focal Computers.

If you have a computer that has issues, call on this place. I have a better-than-average (actually pretty un-braggable) knowledge of computers and can say without reservation that Tony is honorable. He does not cut corners and acts with integrity.
If you want to change your computer in any way, he will methodically tell you what you gave him and he gave you, part-by-part. He will do everything he can in a way that is completely trustworthy. GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO USE THIS SERVICE

My daughter's new HP laptop had a fan break and they ordered the part and replaced it within a few days. Happy customer.

Tony is wonderful! He wiped my burnt out laptop and replaced everything in 24 hours for me and charged me MORE THAN FAIRLY. He kept in contact with me to let me know how everything was going too. I brought my laptop to get an estimate and he quoted a reasonable estimate, he took pictures of all my computer information like serial number and product numbers I didn't think much of it until I noticed that some of my accounts information was being changed by someone who had access to my information (this was the first time I had turned on the computer in 2 years) I kept getting notifications from Facebook ,Microsoft,Instagram and a few of my old email accounts stating I requested a password change. Highly recommend this computer/electronic business! Tony has assisted my personal and business computer needs for several years now. He's very competitive and have trusted his technical experience. I think it's pretty cool he can fix almost any electronic device from computers, tablets, electronic musical equipment, Monitors, etc

Straight forward place. Sets you up with a set price to analyze the problem and follows up with you for the solution .

Service needed: I was given a pretty expensive 2-in-1 laptop because the charger port was broken. my friend gave it to me because she thought it was no good. I bought a replacement part for two bucks on eBay and Tony (The guy who pretty much runs the place at Focal Computers) got it up and running the same night I brought it in.

Pricing: The price was $85 to replace the DC Jack, the female piece on the side of your computer that allows the AC doctor to plug-in and charge the computer. So I brought the replacement part cables and all but 85 to me is a little pricey and I try to price match but

I turned in my Alienware bc I saw in youtube how it might have a virus. It took only less an a week for him to fix it. Glad I fixed it here bc not only did he say he would help me before & even after I pay. I will try to recommend my friends to this place.

After busting my laptop on a door frame, I took it here to find out if I could afford to get it fixed. Tony was so nice and helpful! He was understanding about my budget, gave me a reasonably priced quote and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. I had to drag my kiddos with me (because they were home for the summer) and Tony was very kind to them and understanding with me about having to tote them along. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They fixed my computer when The Geek Squad said it wasn't worth the price of fixing and I should just buy a new one! A whole new laptop! I am so glad I took it for a 2nd opinion to Focal Computers. They saved my laptop for only a hundred bucks! I would recommend them to friends & family for sure. It's a small shop in the Albertson's pkg lot, kinda hard to find, but they are worth it.

We had a Sony Vaio notebook with a broken power jack. Sony said to give it to Best Buy (Geek Squad) who then said it would be a $35 dollar deposit and then have to send it off for repair (2-3 weeks) and probably cost $250. That was both too much time and too much money.
