We were lucky to find such a nice apartment in Darien area with Baird & Warner Property Management, after getting the paperwork done ( mostly online, very simple) we have got approved to move in!

I have been with Baird and Warner property management since May 2018 managing my condominium. Started with Christine Baird, then Sammy Marcus and now Deborah Hathaway. All the agents are good people and have helped me with my rental property. Now I am going to Rent a house and so far everything has been great with Deborah Hathaway. I am a single busy person and it would have been very hard to manage my properties without Baird and Warner's help. For me, It was the best move I did hiring Baird and Warner to manage my rental properties.

I'm very unhappy with the services that I have received. An employee at B&W recommended a tenant to my property manager for my home. Soon as the tenant moved in he stopped paying rent. I would not recommend B&W to anyone. I don't believe that a proper screening was done. Every month he needs something fixed I had no problems in my home. I'm very disgusted by the service I receive. I literally have to call them and ask when is the tenant going to pay rent. I wouldn't recommend B&W to anyone.
