Rental Homes is a great company to work with because, you understand what service is all about. You know what matters is not how you measure services but, how your clients measure it. Rental Homes don't pass blame and you don't allow excuses to come up as to why you haven't accomplished something. The help both Cindi and Sandi do in all phases of the rental process has been exceptionally good! Rental Homes works very hard to do the right thing and I trust them 100%. I live out of the state so it's nice to have a management company that I trust that everything is getting done properly. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Sandi, Cindy, and the rest of the crew. I was checking out the reviews and saw the criticism about using outdated equipment and the office being closed on Wednesdays. How ridiculous is that really? They are open on Saturdays yes? Why wouldn't you think someone would have 2 days off per week? They have SEVERAL emergency numbers that are answered immediately. How do I know? Our sump pump went out and the pit was about to flow over and they responded immediately. You also seem to think someone can't do their job unless they have the most recent equipment

Rental Homes Inc are a poor excuse for a rental management company. I rented from them and it didn't last long. The business is a little "out-of-date" when it comes to technology, communication and staff. There response time for SERIOUS problems is horrible. They take every Wednesday off in order to do "paperwork." They sit in the office, ignore calls and emails in order to use there extremely out dated printer....
I would never recommend renting from these people. EVER!

This rental company proved to be the worst place to rent from. Ever. Part of me thinks they don't know how to use a telephone, and the other part of me thinks they're all just flat out stupid. They have VERY poor responsiveness, and don't call back even in emergency situation. Never took action to repair major rental units flaws... except to re-paint the porch........ which was NOT necessary. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
