There are several types of government mortgages that are designed to help clients with new and existing mortgages. Each one has its own requirements and that is where SHS can help. When you mortgage a home you are offered a few options, a government backed loan, a conventional mortgage and non-agency mortgages. Conventional mortgages not guaranteed or insured by government agencies such as the VA and FHA are known as conventional mortgages, but follow the Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac guidelines.
Non-Agency Mortgages are issued as mortgage-backed securities by financial institutions as well as other private entities. These loans are not backed by the government. Borrowers can qualify for up to $2 million. This is available for many different property types and with multiple fixed and adjustable rate options.

Travis and his team at Sourci Home Solution were awesome. They helped and patiently guided us through the entire process. They stayed available and in constant contact during a couple of evenings when paperwork needed to be done on time. And they were clear about what they were going to do, and they did it.
