Contemporary Mortgage Services, Inc. main office is located in Altamonte Springs, FL and is equipped with licensed Loan Originators that are readily available to meet your specific lending needs. Contemporary Mortgage is licensed to originate loans for the entire state of Florida, and with the ease of the integrated online loan application portal, loans can be started, processed, and closed no matter where customers are located.
As a Mortgage Broker, Contemporary Mortgage Services, has many relationships with many different kinds of lenders. With each lender specializing in different types of loan programs, this gives Contemporary Mortgage a range of options with their customers when finding the perfect loan program for their specific lending needs.
An FHA loan is insured by the Federal Housing Administration, a federal agency within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The FHA does not loan money to borrowers, rather, it provides lenders protection through mortgage insurance (MIP) in case the borrower defaults on his or her loan obligations.
VA guaranteed loans are made by lenders and guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) to eligible veterans for the purchase of a home. The guaranty means the lender is protected against loss if you fail to repay the loan. In most cases, no down payment is required on a VA guaranteed loan and the borrower usually receives a lower interest rate than is ordinarily available with other loans.

If I could give Kiel 10 stars I would! He went above and beyond during our home buying process and trust me, it wasn’t the easiest one. When looking for a lender it is important to find someone who is invested just as much as the client when it comes to crossing the finish line. Austin did a phenomenal job too. Both were available to help answer questions or any concerns. Thank you both. My husband and I would recommend contemporary Mortgage over and over.

I am so happy I chose Contemporary Mortgage. Austin Howland & his father Howard Howland did an excellent job making the mortgage process easy & explained everything along the way. They also gave me advice on a few things pertaining to the home buying process that ended up saving me a lot of money. No other mortgage company would have gone out of their way to help with these things like they did. They got me an extremely low rate & saved me a bunch of money. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a mortgage.

In these fast paced times, it is such a pleasure to work with the folks at Contemporary Mortgage! Since it has been quite a few years since I had purchased property, I was not prepared for the ways things have changed. Austin Howland was able to make the process easy. I don't write reviews as often as I should but I must take the time to write one for Bill Sholk. Bill took the time to compare my mortgage rates to ensure I am getting the best value. I appreciate the fact that he is professional and never comes off as a salesperson. He genuinely cares about your best interest. If you think you have the best rate I strongly recommend consulting with Bill just to make sure. I am one that loves to do things on my own but I am happy I choose to contact him!
