Its value-added services include acquisition and development capital, commercial lending, spot and new construction, builder lines of credit, business consulting, mortgage underwriting contract services, in-house delegated underwriting, private note purchases, and mortgage bulk acquisition and sale services.The firm also provides mortgage banking consulting, mortgage income participation, and capital-to-cure deferred maintenance services.

Credit Scores are from all three Credit Reporting Agencies (if available). The discounted fee for an individual borrower is $23.46 and $42.27 for two borrowers. Credit Scores will be displayed immediately to the applicant(s). The Credit Report will be forwarded to CAPITALPlus Mortgage as required by statute for a no-obligation confidential consultation.

Ryan and Rene worked with my family in initially educating us on the loan process. During preapproval, Ryan walked us through each step of approval process and how closing costs and other fees are determined. We were first time homebuyers and buying through the pandemic -- a very complicated process that involved much more paperwork and verification that typical.
