We started in 1997 with our Los Carneros Chardonnay and the following year introduced our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Over the past 21 years, this portfolio has grown to include Pinot Noir, Syrah, Tempranillo, Rose, and a Red Blend named El Llano. A few of these wines are available at select fine restaurants and wine shops, but the entire portfolio can be purchased directly from the winery online or through our wine club.
This deeply personal collection of wines was created in 2003 to celebrate the best our winery produces. Each of these wines is named for a member of the Herrera family and grown on a single vineyard. Each barrel is personally selected by Rolando Herrera himself and we only produce up to 100 cases of each wine annually.

Services
The phrase "great wine is made in the vineyard" has been muttered by most, if not all, experienced winemakers. The Herreras do not take this sentiment lightly, and believe it is their job to help every grape express its true essence, from the first harvest to the last sip. According to Rolando, every bottle of Mi Sueno should provide "a peek into the soul of Mother Earth."
Choose to receive either our Mi Sueno Wines, limited production Herrera Wines, or a combination of both portfolios. Prior to delivery, you will get an email giving you a chance to customize your shipment ensuring you get your favorites. We feature new releases each shipment, but you can always customize your allocation to suit your tastes.
Enjoy a seated tasting of our Mi Sueno portfolio on which our winery was founded. You will sample five of our current releases while learning about our history and journey of Rolando and Lorena Herrera. Many of the wines available are not distributed and sold exclusively at the winery. Explore the cabernets of Mi Sueno and Herrera.

When we realized this tasting was in a warehouse we became a little concerned. This turned into one of our favorites! The wine was awesome and the person helping us was so personable and helpful. We are learning and she was patient and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel silly for asking the questions.

Such a unique and incredible experience at mi sueƱo. Although in a business park, this is an experience fit for a wine connoisseur. The Pinot noir as part of the mi sueƱo tasting experience is to DIE for. We ordered two bottles (plus four others) to ship back to New York! Thank you Mi SueƱo for a fantastically curated experience. If you get to taste the Rebecca, you will truly understand the expertise of the Rolando and his team.
Debbie is a great and incredibly knowledgable "tour/tasting" guide as well. If you get her, you're in for a treat.

This is a find & a must stop if you're wine tasting in the Sonoma area. Family owned & operated. When you first arrive & find the place you may think you've landed in the wrong place, looks can be deceiving. But once inside your adventure into this family business begins. Now as you know all wine is dependent on your individual taste buds. Currently they offer 4 different tastings, so pick what appeals to you. There were 4 of us, so with each person taking a different tasting it also allowed us to taste the other wines as well, but remember after about 4 tasting your

We've visited dozens of wineries in the Sonoma and Napa Valleys, so feel confident when we say this place is special. There are places you visit in wine country for the views/instagram, and there are places you visit for the wine. Mi SueƱo is a hidden gem for wine lovers and also an excellent introduction to anyone curious about the winemaking industry start to finish. It's a bit hard to find as it's located in a corporate office park, but walk past the office and you'll be immersed in a burgeoning industrial winery with exceptional service.

Everything everyone said is truth. Just a wonderful atmosphere and great, enthusiastic people, including Rolondo Jr. It's clear that the staff really respect and believe in the business. Jimmel took care of us and did such an awesome job. He spoke do highly of the owner and his family. I respect and appreciate the hard work of owning a winery and I try to support Latin owned wineries as much as possible, which are few and far between. The wines here are top quality and delicious. We joined the single vineyard Herrera wine club before ever stepping foot in here, and it has not disappointed

Just got back from Napa Valley and ordered an $80 bottle of Mi Sueno Cabernet at a restaurant in Yountville. It tasted a little gritty and when we got further into the bottle we saw sludge in the bottom of or glass. We drank all types of different brands of wines (all Cabernet) while we were in Napa and never saw this problem. I asked the restaurant manager what the deal was and she said it was unfiltered wine? Well I had not heard of that and was thoroughly turned off and did not finish the bottle. I then contacted the Winery (Mi Sueno Winery) and told them of my experience. Their response was

I am glad I used the coupon I received for one taste at Mi Sueno, while the winery itself seems nondescript at first glance (warehouse setting) the interior was a delightful surprise and the local, small family stories inspirational and well worth the trip. The winery creates unfiltered wines, which to my palate did not call for a full flight tasting, however, if you have a penchant for this style of winemaking I am sure you will leave having had a delightful experience and a delicious bottle of wine.

This was our first visit to this small family owned winery. While the location is in an industrial park, you can quickly see that this is a working winery. Scott led us through the wines that they produce and they were tasty...especially their cabernet sauvignon, of which we bought one to take to dinner that evening! (The owner's collection of sports memorabilia is also impressive!)

Mi Sueno has it all - delicious wines, exceptional hospitality, and a great family story. As noted in other reviews, the location of the winery is a bit off the beaten path, but it's definitely a must-do as a first stop or last stop if you're coming up from the SF area.
I went with a group of 4 and enjoyed a perfectly paced tasting with our gracious host Hector. Hector was incredibly knowledgable and made us all feel welcome (even though we arrived late for our tasting). We purchased a bottle of nearly every single wine we tasted - they really are that good! Love that we get to support

This was my first wine tasting in Napa. Don't be put off by the fact the tasting room is in an industrial complex. The tasting takes place in a corner of their cellar, so be sure to bring a jacket! As this is a smaller and not as well known winery, the tasting is much more intimate. I loved all the wine that was poured. The server, Simon, is very friendly. The winemakers begins as a Mexican immigrant who worked his way up from dishwasher to winemaker is inspiring.

Don't let the small, warehouse -feel fool you. If you like quality merlots and cabernet sauvignons this winery is worth the visit. We loved the story as to how Reynaldo made his dream come true of owning a winery. The story is inspiring, especially in this day in age where immigrants don't often receive the credit they deserve for their contributions to our country. Our tour guide, (can't remember her name) was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and overall delightful. My husband and I lucked out as Reynaldo and his family were there at the time our tour ended, so we were able to meet them.

I came to Mi Sueno with 7 friends and we enjoyed a lovely private tasting experience for a tasting fee of $20 per person which was waived if you purchased 2 bottles.
Our host Elisa was so welcoming, informative, and passionate about the wine. I was inspired and touched by Rolando's hard work and determination to achieve his dreams. It was also really nice of his 2 daughters to come say hello and share their dreams with us!
As others have mentioned, the tasting room is located in an unscenic corporate complex, but absolutely worth a visit. It was really nice to have the place all to

My best bud scheduled a 10:30 am premium tasting as our last hurrah, en route to the Sacramento Intl Airport. Logistics did not allow us to arrive on time and the staff were kind enough to wait until 11 am. Nestled in a business park, there is nothing impressive about the facility as you approach or enter. it looks like any business office. Except they greet you with a delicious Chardonnay and then give you a tour of the facility out back. This is a top-notch family owned winery that does everything "in house". We first experienced Mi SueƱo wines at a paired dinner in Boerne, Texas

Where to start! Now..I know I'm not a very eloquent writer and I do not have a fancy vocabulary. So I shall say it as it is.
Our friend turned wine connoisseur brought a bottle of their wine to dinner one night and I fell in love! It was really really good. Easy to drink with or without food.
So when my hubbie's relatives from thailand were staying and we had to play host, why not take them wine tasting. We were able to get a tasting/tour here with Stacy and it was great!
It was a little weird getting here, almost wondered if my friend was trying to take us somewhere sketchy! lol

We had a wonderful tour at Mi Sueno Winery earlier this summer. I was a little surprised when we arrived that the tour would be in a nondescript warehouse, but once inside it was lovely. The woman who led our tour and walked us through the tasting was terrific. We so enjoyed our visit and of course left with several bottles of delicious wine.

This has to be one of my favorite wines/winery in Napa. Yes, its not your typical tasting room winery, but once you try their wines and hear their story, you won't regret coming here. I was lucky enough to be given a bottle of their Chardonnay as a gift from a coworker, and since then, my wife and I wanted to visit this winery. Recently, for her birthday, we planned a trip to Napa with some friends. Mi Sueno was on that list and we were in touch with a guy named Jaime. Even though this winery was closed on the day we wanted to visit, Jaime agreed to come in on his day off and give us a personal
