We used Gilliam & Associates this year to buy and sell a home. They were recommended to us by my husband's colleague and we are so glad she put us in touch with them. We hired Gilliam & Associates to sell our home in Cary after seeing their stellar reviews on Facebook groups. This was our first time selling a home and they were just the kind of realtors that we needed, very hands on.They were very responsive, respectful, professional, and helpful. In the end we took our home off the market after less than a week (even though we had an offer by the 2nd day) because we decided to stay in our lovely home for now :) We felt bad for wasting their time but they were gracious and happy for us. We will certainly use them whenever we do decide to sell again.

If you are a seller to a buyer of this company beware. It might not be worth it for you to selling to their buyer. They are unreasonable with demands of the seller on a house that is not new. They seem to think you should work on the house to the point that thier buyer feels like they are moving into a new home. Of course, our realtor was not looking out for our best interests.
