Kevin's family relocated to North Carolina from South Florida when he was eight-years-old, so he claims he's been here almost long enough to be called a native. He grew up in the Cary area, graduated from Apex High School, and now he and Amanda live in Fuquay-Varina. Amanda was born and raised in Fuquay-Varina.
In fact, her ancestors founded the town, and her maiden name is Fuquay. The joke is that she knows Fuquay so well it's her middle name. Both Amanda and Kevin attend East Carolina University, where Kevin studied Communications and Amanda studied Political Science & Sociology. Both found plenty of time for (too much) fun in Greenville too.

For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in Real Estate and design. When I was looking for something to transition into from my career in the wellness industry, Real Estate made perfect sense. As a massage therapist, I had spent my entire career providing detailed customer service in a high end environment where relationships and trust are key.
I grew up in a small town in Iowa, lived in a couple of the best cities in the world - Chicago and London - and have called the Triangle area home since 2008. I will likely never give up my Chicago area code, but I am truly thankful to be able to live and to raise my kids in Apex. I think we have a wonderful mix of small town and big city right here in the heart of North Carolina.
Like so many Triangle residents, I relocated from the cold (specifically Iowa) over 20 years ago. The Triangle isn't my original home, but I now call it home with confidence because I'm never leaving! I entered the world of Real Estate following 20-years in sales & marketing - an industry that taught me how to sell, negotiate, and close a deal.

I grew up right in the heart of Apex and graduated from Apex High School. After graduating from nursing school at ECU, I lived in Greenville for years, but when the opportunity presented itself, we moved back to Apex. I adore the fact that my three children are growing up on the same street in Historic Downtown Apex where I grew up.

We worked with Kevin and Amanda to sell our home and Jennifer to buy our new home. It was our first time selling a house and buying one and we were scared the dates wouldn't match up! Kevin is very knowledgable about the area and real estate practices. We loved every second working with them.
