The Point is wonderful and has exceeded our expectations in both the independent living section and now in memory care where my mom has recently moved. Deborah Savoie is excellent and is a very hands-on Director who truly cares about the residents, their families, and her staff. The caregiving staff invests in the residents and does their very best, even during difficult times. The dining staff is superb. I get the feeling that everyone who works at The Point genuinely cares about the residents and loves their job.
I visit my mom most days and see that the residents of the Point look very happy

When I first applied to this job I knew I would be a facilities person and I thought my interaction with the community would be at a distance. I thought.
Since starting there 5 months ago, I was taken in by a community of warm and quirky seniors, charming and dedicated staff, and supportive team. I feel as though I am a part of the community as much as my fellow coworkers. After losing my career to the pandemic, the Point has proven an environment for learning, bonding, and living. It almost feels like a second home with how friendly the staff are and I look forward most to working with seniors

I thought every senior living place in the area would be similar. NO way. The Point is certainly a level up from the rest. They are warm and welcoming. They sit with you and go through every detail so that you make your choice profoundly knowledgeable. They spend time to get to know your family and your senior's individual needs. This is truly a luxury and it shouldnt be. Searching for the right senior home is exhausting and emotional. It is also an expensive investment. The Point gets that and will treat you with the attention to expect from the very 1st impression through the process. Amazing

Allison and Deborah and the rest of the staff here are amazing. My family explored the Point for our elderly mother who has dementia. While the cost was much more affordable than a lot of other places, there were more things to recommend the Point than price alone.
We were impressed by the diverse community and the warm and outgoing nature of the staff we met at every level. The food in the dining room is fantastic as well. The building is clean and well-appointed, and the back patio area is park-like and serene. While we ultimately did not move Mom here (due to other circumstances), this place

I'm not sure why all these reviews are so negative. I have a friend who's been living there since last August, and I feel like she's been treated very well. The staff are uniformly friendly and kind, and the activities provided are interesting and fun. The food is very good, and the wait staff is excellent. The dining room is like an elegant restaurant. I think if you're considering it, you should go there and check it out. Perhaps it's not for everyone, but I think for some people, it's a very good fit.
