Osceola River Valley Inn & Suites

How can this place still have same owner or manager after all the bad reviews? I also have nothing good to say. We were charged 20.00 for our grandchildren to swim there and for one hour only. He was very unreasonable to deal with. and also very rude! Do not stay here.especially if you are there for the pool. You are allowed 1 hour once a day and you get charged for things without being told about it. Will not stay here again!!

What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place!! Didn't make my reservation but was charged for it anyway. I understand policies so didn't even expect to get refunded fully. But instead I was forced to pay 109 for a room o was never even at!! And to be treated with 100 percent disrespect while talking to the power, Mike.

No way I will stay at this location again. I was charged an extra $50 a week and a half after I checked out and was told it was a charge for the chip in the tub. I can’t believe the disrespect this owner has for the patrons that are making his revenue. This location has not seen a renovation in many years and I’m sure there is others that paid for this said chip in the tub.

The rooms are very nice. They have a strange swimming pool policy we're only one couple or group can be in there at a time for an hour. So we enjoyed our private hot tub.

Go by the reviews on this hotel! No where does it mention that you can only use it 1 time for 1 hour. 1 time a day… for 1 hour. There were bug traps in the room and bedbug protectors on the bed. No fire alarms in the rooms they were all disabled. The breakfast was a joke there wasn't enough food for all the guest. This hotel used to be nice a few years ago!

I was provided an electronic confirmation for a king suite because I was traveling wit h a handicapped individual. When I arrived, the manager told me it was no longer available and that he had had several con phone conversations with me about this. I do not recall any communication about downgrading my reservation, and there was no written communication on this change. We were, however, provided with a handicapped room at the same price , but it was one bed and made it very uncomfortable for the handicapped individual. The manager exhibited very poor guest relations when discussed.

This hotel should be shut down immediately. I will be notifying city council and the fire department on Monday. There is mold under the flooring in the bathrooms. Several types of bugs and bug traps behind furniture. The screen on the window is ripped out and the fire alarm on the wall is ripped out and outdated. The attendant who may also be the owner argued with me after I pointed out that he lied to me about payment method and completely screwed up the 2 rooms I requested and thought he was going to treat me like I was 3 year old child. Don't worry I put a stop to that immediately. The room

Owner was amazing and was very accommodating. The room was very clean and I was very impressed. This is a wonderful well run place that will not disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful night away from home!

A wonderful place for our Anniversary getaway,! The pool the perfect temperature for me. That is rare. Whirlpool spa the same. Comfy new bed. Very clean room. Pleasant staff. Close to everything in Osceola we wanted to see and do!!
