It's quick and easy to pick up a vacation rental here even if it's last minute. The condo we rented on Orange Beach Alabama was very clean and inviting. I made reservations on my phone which was "quick and easy." Checking in didn't even require a visit to any office or desk. They send a code for the door. Punch it in and you're done. To check out just text a code to the number they provide and you're finished.

Very strict cancelation policy, who cares about a hurricane. When your 4 states away, online states the area is under local state of emergency, they say it's fine, flooding, storm surge isn't too bad. Maybe instead of taking all of our money, how about offering to come a different date but they already got their money. By the way only providing 2 rolls of toilet paper for your stay, real cool.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Had a rental that I made in February for July. Just happened to call to pay my balance on May 12th and was informed that the rental was no longer available. Hard to believe that they just found out about it day before. Now I'm scrounging around trying to find something for 12 family members. Will never use LBVR again.

Dear Mom truly enjoyed her beach vacation. The ladies who take calls were always very nice and professional. Mom called multiple times with questions regarding the building construction/reno and they would call back to follow up with an answer. She was offered to cancel her reservation due to the construction noise but said the office persons: Kineyata and Brittany were so sweet she didn't want them to lose any commission. When she arrived there were a few maintenance problems that were addressed immediately. She is already looking forward to rebooking!!

Very disappointed in ALBVR. I will not rent through them anymore. They cancelled my reservation and did not offer any explanation other than it was bought and they would not honor any more rentals. My rental dates were next month. I get not honoring months in advance but such a short notice of cancellation seems very unprofessional. I would not recommend ALBVR to anyone. Thankfully I found a different rental company at the same property with a larger condo and much better price.

Worked with Erik @ ALBVR as both our realtor and our property manager. In all aspects, we received top notch service and assistance. Erik is honest, fair, and was more than happy to explain in detail all parts of the process we were unfamiliar with. Fast response times too, and prioritizes things well. #spyglass105A was a great place to stay. It is a great location and has a wonderful view. It was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Plus a beautiful dune when you walked out to the beach for wonderful pictures. Finally the pool was great when we needed a break from the hot sun.

We absolutely loved our vacation. The room was clean and beautiful with an amazing view. It had everything we needed. I cooked supper in the room every night-the kitchen was amazing! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, every kind of utensil/pots/pans, etc. Great customer service. We will definitely use you again. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough about ALBVR's owners, Erik and his wife! We have worked with them in several aspects as Erik was our realtor and ALBVR is now the property management company for our rental condo. Erik was always available and attentive to our needs as first time rental property purchasers. He was able to answer any questions we had (and we had plenty). After the purchase of the condo, he coordinated with us and local contractors to have the entire condo painted/updated in no time! He is AMAZING! We are so glad to have found ALBVR and will continue to use them for all of our needs in the Gulf
