I did not use this rental company to book our stay, but wanted to give a huge shout out to Dylan (or Dillon?) (the security officer for gulf shores rentals at Surf Side Shores). He did everything in his power to help us when our air conditioner broke in our condo. It was 9:00pm, 78 degrees in our condo (in JULY) & he went on the roof to take a look at the a/c himself & made a few calls to speed up the process to help get our air conditioner fixed. He certainly didn’t have to do this, but he really cared and went the extra mile for us. Because of this I just may use GSR to book a place in the

I had all the intentions of making a spring break getaway a peaceful trip. Upfront, all was working well. I was able to find a place that accommodated our party and was all we were look for. As we geared up for the trip, I received a call saying the property was not ready for rent. THIS HAPPENED ON A MONDAY WITH US SCHEDULED TO LEAVE ON THURSDAY! Unfortunately, they had no other properties to rent. Luckily I was able to find another rental in the same area. This condo was great! Nice size, clean and very cute! The beds were comfy and the kitchen table had plenty of seating room for everyone to eat together. Loved the tall chairs on the patio! Great for watching the dolphins swim by:) Plenty of dishes for cooking / eating and the coffee machine had both a pot and a single keurig! Probably the only thing I would change is to have a keypad to get in the room. Keeping up with a key to go to the beach is a lot of trouble in my opinion when most rooms that I saw have the keypad entry. It would save a stop on the way into town as well because there would

We stayed in Fourwinds 201 and the location is great, so close to the ocean. The condo was very, very dirty and had not been cleaned and we notified them when we checked in. I did send Iphone pictures to them to let them know. The blinds had dust so thick they had not been cleaned in a long time and the floors looked like they were only mopped in the walking path and not close to the walls and trim. I noticed a stain on the bedspread and threw it in the washer and the stain came out so I know the bedding was not washed. If it had not been so dirty that we had to sweep, mop and clean and wash the

It was clean and had plenty of room with a great view! Loved the beach!! The staff at Gulf Shores Rentals were very nice and we had no problems with our stay. The house was great, I just wish they would give it a little tlc and paint the front and back porch. We spent lot of time on the back porch and lots of boards were loose and it was hard to walk on barefoot. We were very grateful they allowed us to have our dogs! Great vaca!!

We have been very pleased with the condo and amenities. As a family of 5 it was comfortable. The location and being able to walk right out to the beach was great. The view from the balcony was amazing!! I loved I was able to get up early enough and catch the dolphins. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again soon!

We thoroughly enjoy doing business with Gulf Shores Rentals. We have been using them for our GS stays for about 11 years. We love the Buena Vista condo. It is spacious, neat & clean, has been kept updated over the years, and is a great price. Smaller condominium building, so not so crowded on the beach.

Our vacation was wonderful from beginning to end. This condo was perfect for our family of three with cute decor & all that we needed. I really appreciated the building had a designated area to leave beach chairs, etc. vs. hauling them up & back to unit. So convenient! Our weather was nice & the water felt great. We’ve been vacationing in Gulf Shores for years & we really enjoyed this stay, this condo & this rental agency. Gulf Shores Rentals Inc is amazing! They manage my beach duplex, Sunny and Chair E & Sunny and Chair W. I refer customers to GSR if my place is booked, because I know they'll take care of them and put them in the perfect place for their beach vacation.
