I brought my computer (Lenovo Thinkpad 410) to the CSP drop-off location in Chapel Hill for a warranty repair. The issue was that the computer would not boot up. CSP had the computer for 4 business days. During this time I received several calls updating me on the status of my order, which was essentially "we took the battery out, put it back in, and the computer was fine." When the computer was returned, I received an invoice for $120, despite this being a warranty repair. I thought this was odd considering they did virtually nothing to the computer.
