We love that Mobile Computer Services, Inc. is so prompt and reliable. Whenever we have trouble or issues, they are always prompt to return calls or come to our office to take care of our needs. We've used Mobile Computer Services for several years and have been extremely pleased with their IT services.
I'm very pleased with the expert help Kara has provided. During our most recent event, I had a computer crash. After a brief panic attack where I pictured all my work being lost, Kara calmly guided and helped me. He had my problem fixed and got me back up and running in a timely manner.

One of the absolute best business decisions we have ever made in the fifteen years that I have worked for our practice is switching our IT service provider to Mobile Computer Services. We are a large, fast-paced dental practice. Since we have been clients with MCS, glitches and downtime have significantly decreased, and when we do have downtime, it's fixed within minutes of contacting them. If it can’t be done remotely (and it usually can), someone is instantly on their way here to help. I called Curtis recently with what seemed to be a battery issue with my laptop. Lo and behold after basic troubleshooting Curtis was able to identify with precise marksmanship that the issue was my cable. He suggested some reasonable options for replacement and I’ve been up and running since! By far not the most technical issue but what really impressed me was the service! Curtis answered my call on the first ring. Was extremely pleasant throughout the process. I feel if I went through the wrong company I could have easily been taken to the cleaners! Thank you Curtis!

Curtis fixed my MAC desktop and did an EXCELLENT JOB! He is my go to guy for anything MAC. The Apple store wanted to charge me twice as much and wanted to wipe my hard drive clean.
Curtis backed up all my files and reset the operating system. ALL is good in my world now. I now know I will call Curtis 1st!!!!

My experience with Mobile Computer Services was great. They’re by far the most professional and competent Computer Service Company in the Triangle. Without even examining my laptop, the Geek Squad informed me it wouldn’t be worth their time /effort to remove the viruses. Their advice and best option would be to purchase a new laptop and that department was at the back of the store. Wow! Shocked isn’t the word! That’s when I remembered Curtis Webster from a networking event. He left an impression. He was professional, smart, knew his industry/business and was a pleasure to speak to. I called
