Our company moved into a new facility. They assisted us with moving all our IT side into our new location. My computer seemed to have the most issues after the move. The folks at NetFriends stayed on top of the issues until the found a resolution for every single one! They kept me updated on the status the whole time. They were diligent, communicated well and were very persistent in figuring out the issue and resolving it. I can't thank them enough!

We outsourced our IT support to Net Friends several years and couldn't be happier. They're responsive and helpful. We always feel like they know us when we call or email for support. We just finished a major IT project (migrating our server to the cloud), and it went off without a hitch.

My relationship with NetFriends started as an employee, and it was so great that when my career took me in another direction (out of state) I came back as a small client. If you're a sausage maker, you only buy sausage from your old shop if you know how good it is and what's in it, and I think that is about the highest praise I could give to this organization. There are lots of companies out there who are happy to take your money for services, and probably do an adequate job, but there aren't a lot of companies that will treat your interests as their own and advocate for your implicit needs the

NetFriends helped us get our networking infrastructure stable and we are so pleased with the result! We were promised that they would transform our network, "... into something that’ll be as reliable as the sun coming every morning!" and I thought to myself, "Wow! That is a pretty tall claim!" Our office has had Net Friends as our IT for a number of years. If you need a great company to take care of your IT needs they are the go to people. If there is an issue the response time is very quick with knowledgeable people ready to help remedy the situation. We had a set of unfortunate things happen with a Windows update and within a very short time we had a team working on the issue. At all times they kept us up to date, had solutions and kept us running. Our office highly recommends Net Friends you will receive great care from professionals who know technology.
