Highly recommend! Our city’s service department got several feet of their snake stuck in our sewer line and unfortunately it was our responsibility to get it removed. We’d heard great things about Formica so they were our first call and I couldn’t be happier! They were professional, helpful, kind, honest, and responsive. They had someone out here within the hour and worked hard to help us resolve the problem as quickly as possible. After the initial attempts to remove the snake were unsuccessful, they brought an excavator to pull the snake for no additional charge, and we could not be more

Dustin and his apprentice were great. I appreciated the fact that Dustin texted me an arrival time and was at my house at that time!!! He was professional, kind, knowledgeable about the problem, and upfront with how he was going to fix it. The best part ...the final bill was much lower than I had expected. That's always a nice business transaction. I'll keep Formica Plumbing on speed dial.... LOL

Formica replaced expansion tank that was leaking. They were able to quickly fit me in their schedule. Plumber showed up on time, assessed situation, made recommendations and quickly resolved issue. They are my “go to” company for any plumbing needs.

This is the third time we’ve used Formica for plumbing issues. The first two were for outdoor sewer lines (at different houses). Today they unclogged our kitchen drain. They are very responsive and have have fair and reasonable pricing which is better than their competitors. They are also personable and professional and work efficiently.

They were quick to respond and schedule us in. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The day after Thanksgiving, he cleaned out our sewer lines. Then he also fixed our shower/tub drain with an ancient plug set up. After having no showers and 1 toilet, we are back to two fully functional bathrooms! Our only complaint is they are a bit pricey.

Thank you to Formica for some valve upgrades and drain fix. Danny was luckily available asap and although I think the job took longer than anticipated he made sure it was completed same day. Also, he left the area spotless...which definitely took my OCD down a peg! Thank you to Danny and to Linda for helping coordinate between me and the city.

Excellent! Called them the Friday after Thanksgiving due to a small disposal clog. They were there in about 90 minutes. Snaked my drain and replaced my disposal that had a cracked housing. In and out in 90 minutes or so. Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was our 2nd time using them in about 2 months and couldn't be happier!!
