We spent the Christmas holiday break at one of their Villa's. It was very clean, nicely furnished & as described. Coastal was attentive to the details of our vacation. From Plantation passes to door codes & extending our stay. They were always available for any questions. Coastal provides excellent guest satisfaction. Will definitely use Coastal Vacation Rental again.

Coastal Vacations HHI was very nice to deal with. They were quick to respond to any of our questions, and Kelly was extremely helpful and professional. She was the only person/employee we ever had contact with and was wonderful! We stayed @ 597 Wildwood Spa and enjoyed our week there. The unit is very outdated, but the location was exactly what we wanted and centrally located to all things we enjoy on HHI. The kitchen was definitely stocked with everything and anything we needed to prepare meals/snacks. Most of our favorite locations were only a bike ride away. The hot water heater was inadequate

The house was located in North Forest Beach, we initially inquired via Airbnb and soon heard Coastal took over management. Communications was quick and clear. House was as described and perfect for our extended family gathering. Literally around the corner from Forest Beach, secluded enough for privacy yet still within a neighborhood. We had to stay an extra couple days due to travel issues and Steve was great in accommodating.
House included all beach accessories for kids and had plenty of board games as well. Elevator is a nice addition for families with accessibility needs. Only issue was wifi

We just got back from a week long stay at one of their properties, and we were so impressed not only with the house, but with their responsiveness and kindness. Our flight got cancelled and they were so generous in letting us stay a couple extra nights for a discounted price. Every time we talked to them they were very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent management company that will protect your investment. They had driven sales over 25% higher over last year and a previous management company. Cleaners are drastically better than others on the island and the maintenance team is top notch.
If you want a company that doesn't feel like a corporate structure and you can talk to your property manager that knows you. Give these guys a call!

We went in with our son and his family to share a vacation rental at Springwood Villa for a week. Before renting we read all the house rules. It stated no smoking. This is common for beach rentals and we don't mind if we can smoke outside in designated places. When we arrived there was a detailed rule book stating no smoking on premises or you would be fined $100. This was never mentioned in rental agreement or we would have chose another place. My daughter-in-law called the agency and was told they would get back to her in the morning. No one ever got back to her. My husband and I decided instead

Currently staying in sea pines renting from coastal. Would have never known to pick up a parking pass from the rental company had I not downloaded an app and saw in fine details where it said to do so after I arrived. We arrive at sea pines, I'm charged for a pass after I've already paid for one and I call the office to tell them I need to pick up my other pass. No response. No reimbursement from either sea pines or the rental company. Without the pass and cards, they don't want you to come into any of the amenities such as the pool, or beach access through the neighborhood because you're just

I have rented from six different companies in Hilton Head and Coastal Vacations is by far the best company to deal with for a whole variety of reasons.
Their rental manager, Dean is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet and will work with you to find the best place and the best price. He is the absolute professional person.

Highly recommend this company and Dean for their exceptional customer service! We’ve had many family vacations here through other companies as well as other beaches in the gulf, cruises etc... this was by far the best vacation for our huge family! We are so thankful!
