Over the last decade, forensic psychologist Dr. Amy Levy has served as a designated psychological expert witness in over three hundred med-legal cases. She has testified dozens of times in deposition, arbitration and state and federal courthouses. Dr. Amy Levy evaluates litigants with emotional distress claims in civil lawsuits and defendants in criminal cases.

She is a licensed clinical psychologist in both California and North Carolina. Dr. Amy Levy's forensic evaluations are based on diagnostic interviews, document review, and psychometric testing.
