Moved in two days ago, didn’t know what to expect because I couldn’t see the space in advance as it was occupied. I was moving from a nearby brand new building where everything was brand new. In this apartment The carpets were cleaned, apt painted and cleaned so well it looked brand new. My front door looked like it was power washed and new door lock was installed. New toilet seat and what appear to be new window blinds! Everything was so clean and refreshed for me, not a spec of dust or dirt to be found and it smelled so fresh.

My experience has been great. I moved in 1 year ago. The staff are great and helpful. Questions and concerns were handled promptly. The grounds are kept up nicely. My only complaint is parking. There isn't enough handicap parking. Pool and exercise room, laundry room maintained perfectly.

I signed a lease without seeing the inside of the apartment. I picked the complex for its location and how well the grounds were maintained. The day of the lease signing I met with Rob ( maintenance) and Victoria ( leasing agent). They thoroughly explained what I needed to know, provided me with a checklist of the apartment. The apartment is beautiful !
Aside from a few minor things I found which I addressed such as the kitchen cabinets weren’t as clean as I like-nothing major.

I have been here for over 6 years and I must say, that their maintenance department is excellent. Prompt, professional and efficient. I just had an experience involving my toilet ( that kind of sounds funny, I know). The problem was it was leaking. I called the maintenance number and was politely asked the necessary questions pertaining to my reason for calling and within 30 minutes, Edgar, a maintenance employee arrived. After listening to me , he did the necessary diagnostic procedures to analyze the problem at hand. He was able to locate and finally fix an existing leak for good. Took the time

Maintenance people do a great job in maintenance. They are pleasant and helpful. I think parking spaces should be numbered. I work nights and had to park by building 1 when I live at building 8 and walk late at night to my building. I should be able to park by my home right? In the 3 years I have been here I have never seen anyone playing tennis. How about making that space more useful and splitting it up and putting a large sitting area and a dog park similar to what Grey Barn has next door. Just some thoughts
