This complex is horrific. There a grave breaches in security at each building as the doors never fully close allowing anyone to enter. The through traffic from the neighborhood locals is also concerning as there is no security checkpoints at any entrance. Furthermore, the conditions of the buildings are unsanitary as there is pet feces in the stairwells that go uncleaned for days and attract vermin and insects. The customer service of the leasing office is also deplorable. This office, lead by Kristen & Michael, do an abysmal job at accommodating residents. The customer service is grossly inadequate

It is a beautifully built complex; however, it would be nice to have some added security to all entrances of the premises … maybe a ID scanner to get in or added personnel around the complex. The summer is coming & many people wander and smoke around the parking lot…
Other than that, I love it. More restaurants / stores in the front (on 110) would also be very nice …

Rented a place for my mother. She has resided there for 2 years with her lease coming up soon. We have bought a place now and she will be leaving early next year. They have been more than accommodating with the transition. Units are top notch and immaculate as well as the grounds. Michael, Kristen and rest of the team have been very helpful and understanding.

Worst rental experience of my life - DO NOT RENT HERE.
The apartments are beautiful, but my window was overlooking the neighborhood behind the complex which was.. not so beautiful. That neighborhood would have crazy loud parties every weekend, cars beeping at 7am every morning.
The management office was unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional. I was lied to by the realtor! I was told that I wouldn’t be able to park in front of my building due to construction but it would only be for a few months. So I was forced to park by Starbucks in the shopping center where I would be accosted by homeless

Would not recommend this place at all. Management doesn't care one bit once they get their commission. Lots of drug dealing, parties at all hours and suspicious people coming and going at all hours. Security could care less about the safety of the residents. Most of the complex is Section 8 who are causing most of the issues. My rent went up $400 in the 3 yrs we were living here. Thank god I moved and enjoy where I am now
