Amber obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2001. She then completed a general internship program through Purdue University in 2003. After her internship and passing the dietitian certification exam in 2003, she went on to work in a variety of settings, including home health, hospitals, and cancer clinics.
If anything, they get louder and squeeze until you suffocate. You research what you should eat, and the research is conflicting at best, not sustainable overall. One says keto is the way to go. Another source says plant-based all the way. Who do you believe? What makes sense for you?
