Services
Maximum of 2 pets per home. Pets must not weigh more than 50 pounds. Dogs require $500 deposit and $75 pet rent. Cats require $500 deposit and $75 pet rent. Wolf-Hybrids, Perro de Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted at our community.

The place is comfortable to stay overall. Areas for improvement: The communication between staff and tenants is terrible. Staff are really rude to tenants. If you are looking to get an apartment here - do your homework ahead of time and check their website, as most of their information is available. Initially it was not. They will charge you additional useless fees when you move out. I was charged an additional fees for charges which I previously paid for. Management is terrible. Maintenance service is decent.

Over $2000 a month for what? Don't let the outside fool you, yeah it looks nice but like they say don't judge a book by its cover. If got two words for you roaches and cold water. You would a "luxury" apartment complex wouldn't have a roach probably but they do and on top of that my hot water does not work. Also they have a "fitness center" I refuse to call it a gym that you pay for but can't use because they're following county guidelines for covid so you can't use the gym if you have a job because it's only open 9-6 and they say you have

The rents are quite high given the quality of apartments. Units with lower rents, have a poorly designed layout where the bedroom is along the hallway. Noise travels easily through the walls and ceiling.
Trash and compost areas are dirty and hazardous. Gym and pool are poorly maintained. Pet droppings are everywhere. They don't clean them regularly. Safety is an issue as well. Gates are not closed during the day

Updated as on 9/20/2021, I asked the management to change the locks and add chain locks to my apartment since i cannot afford to pay, they say they don't have this policy and you're required to pay for this !! Disguising management don't trust people who work here

Honestly, I did enjoy living here, Bart is close by and it is close to my place of work. However, at the end of my lease, my roommate went and got his own place, so naturally I would do the same. Long story short I put in for a apartment transfer for a 2bedroom to a studio, paid the application and holding fee. Spoke to the people in the office about the plan in July, my lease ends in August. So in my mind I was ahead of schedule getting the move squared away. The week before my move out date and (at the time) move in date, they tell me application has been denied. I wish I could give this place less than one star. It is unsafe, my car window was smashed and items stolen from the garage, the noise is horrid, management unresponsive, and they stole my entire deposit from me, even though I documented everything when I moved in and kept the place in impeccable shape. Do not move here.

What can I say about this apartment? We spent a year and a half there, we went through all the issues that have been mentioned here before. In the beginning I thought it was bad luck or just our adjustments to live in an apartment, hearing the neighbors on the side yelling at 2AM playing Madden, the neighbor on top opening the door to the balcony 20 times a day or the other neighbor on the side closing the front door as if he was mad. But from there things got worse, got packages stolen in the amazon (third party) lockers, got my work truck open twice stealing all my safety equipment from work

I have lived here for about two months now and I have little to complain about. Nice location, smart appliances and a modern setup. Guest parking is not easy to find, walls are a little thin, but other than that I would say it's a fantastic place to live. All of the bad reviews scared me at first... but from my experience so far, I'm very happy living here.
Special shoutout to Paul from the leasing office, he made the move in process incredibly smooth, and he was extremely helpful from the very beginning. Very friendly and always positive, making sure that you feel welcomed to this community

Worst place I have ever lived. My car has been broken into twice within a month. Management does nothing to help. They only have security cameras at the entrances not inside the parking structure. People are breaking in and exiting from places where cameras are not installed, so they have not footage of the people breaking in cars. Makes no sense at all!!! Security is no help at all. My neighbors cars have also been broke into. Literally worse place to live. Do not live here. Stay away!

I lived in Park Regency for 2 years from 2018 to 2020 because it was convinient for me to take Bart to work. It is a gated community but the front gate was never locked properly. I rented 1 bedroom in first floor and my nightmare began when the kitchen sink started leaking. I requested to have them fix. Later I found out from others that this is a known problem and entire first floor apartments had this problem because of some issue they had with pipes. Then again after few months the sink leaked, flodded and ruined my stuff underneath the sink. They fixed it 3 times in 2 years. The gross part

After reading all the reviews, I was under the impression this place was no good. But honestly, I love it here. I just moved in 5 days ago. My whole apartment was rebuilt with all new counters, appliances, and its like a smart home. It's very quiet, the neighbors make no noise and don't bother me. It does take time for the management to respond. But in the end, waiting 2 months for my apartment, it was well worth the wait. Brand new everything, nest thermostat, alarm system, all controlled my my phone.

Don't live here, I was happy until move here, the studio 3-411 has serious pest is a kind of bird or mice mites. I am living a nightmare since I move there and I am still dealing with the itch and the biting mites. They allowed me to breech the contract because they know the problem they have. I don't know them and I don't hate them , I just want to prevent people to enter in the same nightmare. The biting mite for me is the worst but it is not the only one, they have cockroaches, gnats, and many more. If you have the same problem contact me. This is the worst place to live.

Very poor experience when it came to moving out of the apartments. Move out inspection was conducted without looking properly into the homes and putting random comments. When I moved out of the apartments I took the entire video of the apartment how neat and clean it was, still, the property managers charged for medium clean. Thinks too highly of their property. When called the property management office to dispute the charges, they were very rude. I told them the apartment was left very clean, they mentioned that we still had to go through cleaning and the apartment should be left in move-in ready

Love the location and the layout. Some neighbors are really nice and inviting and some are wineries and complainers. The office are really sweet and knowledgeable they dont with hold information. The complex is dog friendly, has a gym and a little garden super cute. The only downside of this complex is that the walls are really thin. If you are dead silent in your apartment you can hear everything from the apartment above or beneath you and i mean everything...

Beware and stay away, we moved in and left a security deposit with the place, we had the carpets professionally cleaned and a maid service scrub & clean the whole house. They sent us an erroneous bill for cleaning and painting when we moved out. The bill contained the painting of the mantel, baseboards, and balcony which we never touched since we moved in. The security is a joke, cars were getting broken into each week, glass all over and the trash piles up and smells up the garage. The management is a joke, they refuse to fix things when they break. The apartment is noisy and full of fruit

Lived at this property in building 10 for 13 years, and the worse 13 years it was..with the unsafe gate that exits to the bart, were anybody comes in and out of. Paper thin walls and Management was horrible. At least I am happy to hear that the older bald white man who was the manager at the time is no longer there. They received so much of my hard earned money over those years and still felt uncomfortable in my home. Please dont bother wasting your time and money on this property they do not deserve it. Plus in 2002 my apartment was extremely damaged in a gas explosion and they tried to play games

I love living here! I have lived here for about 3 years and haven't had any issues. I love that it's a big property and the management is all really nice. My building manager, Sunita is awesome. The staff will help you anytime you need it I can easily call and they are right on it! The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is always easy to reach plus gets the jobs done quickly. The staff are great here! It's an apartment complex so of course everything isn't perfect but they do a great job esp for the amount of units here. I have never had an issue with noise in my building either. My neighbors

This place is a joke. Mgmt doesn't respond to emails or calls. Anna doesn't respond to calls and was surprised when I called her as if she never received any info about my request. Maintenance doesn't know how to caulk apartment. Pest control doesn't address issues. Place has been under construction since I moved in (a year and a half ago).
Crime very prevalent nearby, people easily come in through the gates that are not residents. Had items stolen from me. Neighbors tried to steal groceries from outside my door.
Walls are paper thin. Sound literally shook my apartment.

Location is great because it's close to the BART. The maintenance staff came when we needed them (COVID period aside). The office staff is responsive. Rent is slightly cheaper ~$100-200/month than surrounding buildings.
There are a few issues...
1. Walls are thin and the apartment setup allows you to hear all the noises of people walking through the hallways/stairs (we lived in NY city a few years before so its not like we're not used to noise but this is noticeable...)
2. The AC makes a frequent loud buzzing noise (would last a couple hours after turning AC off) - we talked to

My wife and I were at the end of searching for a new place to live. So we googled and emailed a few more places. Dani D at Park Regency Club Apts gave us a call and set up for us to come and see their community which welcomed all dogs instead of labeling dogs over 40 pound vicious.
Dani D took her time, answered questions, called us back, and was always friendly and professional. All the representatives at the office were very kind and professional. So GOD gave us grace and mercy in placing the right people in our path.
