Brian Gormley has a dynamic transactional practice with tremendous experience representing clients at all parts of the continuum. Having worked with large institutions in the structured finance and capital markets world, developers, nonprofits and lenders in the multifamily housing market, and individual distressed homeowners and estates, he is familiar with all levels of clients and their associated needs.
A title policy is, ironically, something everyone expects but few if any actually review. Parties to real estate transactions know very little about what goes on behind the scenes of title underwriting, and only take an interest when there are issues that delay a settlement.

True real estate attorneys are at a premium. Many are litigators in disguise, and in fact like to bark and growl more than they help people. Brian Gormley is AMAZING. He helped us (landlord) when other's would not. We were led to believe our case was too challenging because DC is tenant friendly and they wanted us to start over, as we initially filed without an attorney. Brian didn't. He took us on and was successful in representing us.if you can imagine how it is to feel defeated… before you show up for the game that is how we felt but he wouldn't let us give up. I'm so glad and grateful he didn't. Without him and his expert negotiation skills we would be back at ground zero.
