Elan Feder is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland. When he's not practicing law in his Kensington office, he spends time with his family, fishes, scuba dives, and enjoys cigars. Elan earned his B.A. in English, with honors, from the University of Maryland. He then studied at the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating cum laude with a concentration in Family Law.
