I am supposed to have home health care daily for four hours per day, and I’ve been left without care for days at a time. I am a paraplegic bedbound patient and I am completely relying on the care of others however they act as if I can do things on my own on the weekends. As my Monday through Friday Aide is the only one who shows up consistently. Every weekend I have to worry if I’m going to be cared for or not. And then when you call to find out if there is coverage they don’t pick up the phone or they send you a call right to voicemail and they don’t call you back to let you know what

Actually they don't even deserve one star they are the worst company that I have ever come in contact with I have a Paraplegic bedbound daughter and his company for the past three weekends has left her with no care or with two hours care in the morning right now as I'm writing this she has yet to eat dinner she's sitting in the soiled pants and no one is answering their phone the phones go straight to voicemail and I have yet to get a call back this company is a joke I've already filed numerous reports and I'm waiting for the outcomes
